Excellent job by Dudley and Cole. They got right to work and got everything taken care of. Walked me through the repairs that were done and sent a detailed report as well. Great job! we'll call them back for anything at our new house.

Wonderfully. Steve and Micah arrived early after I received a call from their office, asking if they could come early. They systematically found and labeled all circuits; taking the list back to their office to be typed and laminated for our electrical panel.

Professional courteous kind and ready to help wherever they could.

We were not real pleased that a 1-3pm arrival window became 4pm and then 5-5:15pm, as we had several other activities outside the home planned for the late afternoon; the delays turned out to be caused by an employee's emergency, which we understand. However, the office could have advised us early in the day of the scheduling challenge, anticipated the delay, and offered the option to reschedule. Otherwise, from the moment Steve and Micah arrived, it was a friendly, efficient, neat and professional repair project. They worked well as a team and provided quick troubleshooting of several possible causes of the problem and made a quick repair to the circuity. After a long day and after 5pm on a Friday, they both showed great attitudes and presented a friendly and professional image for the company. We'd be happy to have them and Ashpaugh help us again.

Dudley was very professional and personable. He walked through the issues and explained why the switches were arching and why the garage light wasn't working. I was a little concerned that the cost would be extremely expensive, but then pleasantly surprised. I kept Dudley's business card for using Ashpaugh in the future.

Using Dudley and Cole made Things go very smoothly and they were very quick. I was in the process of moving and didn't really skip a beat with them working. I would hire them again for my electrical needs, as they made sure I got my money's worth in service.

Dudley did a great job. He was on time and took his time to explain my options before the work was done. He followed all CDC guidelines with respect to COVID-19 (e.g., clean hands, face mask, boot covers, work from a distance). Finally, he left the work areas completely clean.

Dudley and Cole arrived on time, introduced themselves and reviewed the project with me. Dudley had been here before about the estimate so he knew what I wanted. They were professional and courteous, on task, and competed the work promptly according to my needs. They cleaned the area of all packaging and installation debris and checked the work before leaving.

Steve and Micah did an excellent job installing the electrical wiring needed for our lamppost. The landscaper that installed the post said, "it was the best wiring install he had seen in a long time."

They were eager to schedule upon our call. We received $20 discount to service call with Angie's List membership. Morning of originally scheduled appointment on Monday July 3rd we received a call that our technician called in sick and it had to be rescheduled to Friday. Gary came to our appointment on Friday. He read the inspection report with me, retested the outlets in question, and advised how to proceed to satisfy the buyer and in our case, seller as well. Completed entire job in less than 30 minutes!!

It went very well. Dudley and Micah were very profession. They advised on a few things I was not aware of and answered all my questions. Their workmanship was impressive. Would definitely use them again.

I've used Ashpaugh Electric for a few years for various small projects, such as installing smoke detectors to installing a new overhead light. Dudley has always been prompt, friendly, thorough, and made sure any questions that I've have are answered. I first used them after I moved into my house and signed up for their annual safety inspections and they informed me that I was missing several GFI's, which was missed by the home inspector before the sale. I had those installed and have used them ever since. I have been satisfied and would recommend them.

Steve and Cole II were able to come by very soon after our initial call and then scheduled the work without delay. They diagnosed the problem and offered a solution very quickly. They were professional, knowledgable, efficient, very friendly and helpful - absolutely perfect experience!!!

Everything was great... Communications before during, and after went very well. Steve and Coal were punctual, efficient, and overall good to work!

I called on Friday afternoon to schedule the work, and I was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. Wow! Gary and Cole came to our house to help with a number of small electrical projects. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore slipper covers over their shoes. They were knowledgeable, safe, and they did their work very quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for 2 hours of work, and I expected to need to pay the regular rate for time over two hours since I had so many projects, but they were able to get everything finished in two! Poor Gary had to go up into our attic on a hot July day two times, and we are so appreciative. We had a few problems that Gary, with his many years expertise, was able to tell me how to fix on my own in about a minute (needing different lightbulbs and resetting an outlet). Gary and Cole installed two dimmer switches, two programmable timers for our outdoor lights, and a new wall outlet for our mounted TV. Everything looks great! They were very upfront about costs and made sure to tell me dollar amounts and get my approval before doing anything. I found the prices to be very reasonable...especially with an Angie's List coupon. (We bought the programmable timer switches ourselves ahead of time, so that is not reflected in the total cost listed here.) We will call Ashpaugh Electric again when we have need of an electrician. We highly recommend them!

Circuit was determined to be sound. An outlet that had been replaced by a non-electrician workman was determined to have been wired in incorrectly. Outlet wiring was corrected. The outlet breaker had failed to trip at the outlet because of the wiring error, so the circuit breaker tripped - when a different workman brought a microwave!! to heat his lunch and overloaded the outlet. All was set right by Ashpaugh electrician.
