We have worked with Ashpaugh Electric in the past and they did great work. We needed a chandelier installed and called to make an appointment. I mentioned Steve did work in the past and they offered if we would like him to to do the installation. I said absolutely! Steve was very prompt looked where it needed to be installed and looked at the chandelier we purchased to see if all required parts were included. He verified and began work. He was very thorough, professional, friendly and has a good work ethic. He gave suggestions and asked if we like where the height is and so on. Our chandelier looks great and it was thanks for Ashpaugh Electric for providing Steve to do the work. Brian at the office was very kind and friendly and gave me knowledgeable information that I requested. Any future repairs or installations we will need, our first and only call will be to Ashpaugh Electric. They know how to earn our business and you should give them yours. Thank you for the wonderful work and supurb customer service.

Dudley has worked to repair these faulty lights previously. He carefully and logically explained what the ongoing problem actually is, and suggested that it was poor design of the units that cause the continued issues. I agree; this was one last attempt to keep these working. If they don’t, we’ll purchase new ones—and have him install them.

Great job, came early with a phone call request. This worked out very well. Dudley was great and always does a nice, neat job. We will use Ashbaugh Electric again !

Everyone from Dudley and Micah doing a great job in the house to Tara scheduling us, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were very quick and efficient. Also helpful when it came to a couple of items they educated me to fix in the future. I’ve got some other projects in the future that I’ll plan on calling them for.

We have used Ashpaugh previously and today. They provide a high level of service. I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor. The two electricians Dudley and Monty were prompt, professional and completed the work in quickly. They went the extra mile to balance the ceiling fans properly. They installed 2 ceiling fans at normal height and a large ceiling fan in our 26ft high great room. The great room fan accounted for the majority of the invoice, as it was a 2 man job. They also exchanged two outside 2nd story flood lights that had broken off in the socket. Lastly they installed center ceiling lights in two of our other bedrooms. The total cost for all of this work was $1162, which I thought was a fair price. We will definitely use Ashpaugh again. Dan B

Service was completed as requested. Tech was friendly, experienced and professional.

Dudley did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also had to get rid of yellow jackets that nested there. Now there are no insects and the outlet fits tightly against the siding.

Dudley came to the house and explained what he was going to do. He went about his business and when done he explained that we had about an hour left on our prepaid services. He went and checked all our GFI outlets as well as our circuit breaker box. He was very professional and we would use Ashpaugh Electric again and also ask for Dudley.

Dudley and Cole are excellent electricians. It is hard to maneuver a huge ladder upstairs and they did a great job getting around the corners w/ o hitting wallls. There was a minor problem w/ the fan itself (factory issue) but they solved it. Cole took time to share some electrical knowledge that may help me w/ some issues in my son’s home who lives out of state. I will definitely call on them again for jobs that need to be done.

I did not end up hiring Ashpaugh but I thought they were very professional and prompt and would probably use them in the future.

Great! Dudley explained how he was going to trouble- shoot and he and Cole quickly identified and fixed the problem. These guys were prompt, polite, efficient and explained what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost all along the way. I would definitely recommend this company this team.

We have used Ashpaugh for many years. We rely on their integrity, competitive pricing but mostly work quality. This time, Steve and Micah did the work and, not surprisingly they were great! Very focused on doing the job the way we wanted yet offered their opinions as appropriate. Based on what our goals were for the lighting in the living room, Steve suggested we may want to use recessed lights versus eyeballs. I told him what my concerns were with recessed lights (mainly the look) but Micah showed us a very acceptable option. We chose the recessed lights. So glad we went with their suggestion. I am very, very pleased with the results and love the look of the warm ambiance the new lighting looks in the living room and kitchen! When we have electrical needs, Ashpaugh is whom we call!

I received a call from Tiara at Ashpaugh about an hour after buying the 2 hrs of electric labor Deal and she scheduled the work with 2 work days of our call. Dudley & Cole were on time, polite and professional. Dudley listened patiently to what I needed & gave a great summary by phone when they finished. I felt 100% comfortable leaving Dudley & Cole in my home while I went back to work. I’d definitely use Ashpaugh again. Ron did a great job for us last time, too. I can't say enough good about Ashpaugh employees! My only suggestion is to confirm any potential extra charges before work starts. I was surprised by a $58 chrg for extension ladder use (12-18’ ceiling charge). And $79.47 for a single dimmer switch (not including labor).

Everything went well. The job before mine ran over so they arrived later then expected but Brian the owner called and explained the situation. Dudley & Cole were very helpful and professional. They even had another technician,Greg, come so they could get all the work done in one trip and not have to come back at another time. I really appreciated this. All of the men were polite and kind. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The owner came out to inspect our electrical panel and give an estimate for the installation of a whole-home surge protector (already owned.) We were quoted 2 hours of labor and around $70 in parts. I purchased their Angie's List Deal which was 2 hours of labor for $189 instead of their normal $210. Dudley came out to the house to do the work and was very courteous, professional and quick. It took him 45min to do the entire job. Because the estimate was so far off, I ended up spending $104 more than I would have if I had just paid their standard rate and used the Angie's List $20 off coupon. They of course would not reimburse me. Kind of disappointed that I overpaid by so much but in the end, but the installation was great and the price paid was still worth it to me. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone but would not recommend buying their "Deal" which turned out to be a waste of money.

After many electrical projects due to renovations since we have owned our home we decided to have a real professional electrician inspect our house to make sure everyone did a good job. Dudley arrived on time and found the things that were done wrong immediately and corrected them without issue. This company is the real deal and helped resolve issues other “electricians “ couldn’t. I would recommend Dudley without reservation for any electrical needs or concerns no matter what the scope of your project. I also had him add an outdoor outlet and a new grounding rod which was completed immediately and without hassle. Easiest people to work with we’ve had in a while.
