Great job from start to finish.
Description of Work: Amazing job done by Steve and Shane hanging a Pottery Barn chandelier on a 30 foot ceiling with many obstacles such as small entry way. If you want a difficult job done right by two professionals call Ashpaugh. A few days ago I had Curly, Mo and Larry here( not really their names). It did not go well and I needed therapy after they left. All evening my husband kept saying are you going to be alright? The other unnamed company came in and did not have the right equipment even though I gave a heads up phone call about the 30 foot ceiling.Anyway I just want to say THANK YOU GUYS!

Description of Work: I called to request service for what I thought was an issue with one of the circuits in our circuit box. When the technician arrived he set about hunting down the problem and determined pretty quickly that the issue lied elsewhere. After testing several place her thought the problem might be, he was able to locate some faulty wiring in an overhead fixture. The problem was fixed quickly, and the technician also fixed 2 other minor light fixture problems while he was there. We were very satisfied with both the work done and the professionalism of the technician. We would definitely call Ashpaugh again!

Description of Work: I called this company in reference to 3 outlets that did not work in my bathrooms - a very friendly customer service representative answered and told me about a reset buttom somewhere in my house for the bathrooms (I had never heard of anything like this)....searched thoughout the house and found one in the garage - it worked!! I was so thankful - was concerned with the possibility of a high price job.

Response from ASHPAUGH ELECTRIC INC
Ashpaugh Electric scheduled a service visit for the member's regarding a circuit breaker that had tripped and would not reset. On December 29th our electrician reviewed the member's electrical system and diagnosed exactly what repairs were required. Our electrician reviewed those repairs and costs with the member, who in turn, authorized pricing and repairs prior to our electrician making said repairs. Our electrician repaired poor wiring terminations and replaced defective receptacles. After repairs were completed the circuit breaker reset and circuitry operated properly. It is vitally important at Ashpaugh Electric that our customers are completely satisfied with our work and are completely understanding of our charges as we work; we want to always be clear and concise. It is our desire to provide the utmost in excellent customer service, good quality products and ethical work that reflects our integrity and desire to be the best electrical contractor that we can be for them each and every time.

I WAS VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: THERE WAS NO SERVICE MAN'S NAME ON MY BILL, BUT HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THE WORK DONE WAS TO REPLACE A 100 AMP MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE HOUSE AND A 60 AMP BREAKER ON THE FURNACE.
