I was very pleased! I would without a doubt hire them again. I was please with the quick service/response to my phone call. They also, helped me with making some final decisions that I was confused about.

They were on time, quick, and efficient.

My husband and I were taking some vacation time over the Christmas holiday and were surprised and pleased that Ashpaugh could send repairmen to our home 24 hours after our phone call. Shane and Eric were great; very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We appreciated their courtesy in covering their work boots or removing them when they came inside our home so as not to track in dirt. They were diligent about installing the fans the way we wanted them installed. They even gave us an option we were unaware of, of installing separate switches to operate the light from the fan. We are really enjoying that feature! They solved the mystery of why one of our many outdoor spot lights would not work and repaired it quickly. My husband and I were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely call them again with any future electrical needs.

The job went very well, and the work was completed within 24 hours. The price was the lowest of three bids. The workers were courteous and efficient. Everything was completed as explained and agreed on.

We felt silly because it turned out that we only needed the GFI reset, but the electrician and office staff were very courteous. It cost us $54 with the $20 Angie's List coupon, which is probably more reasonable than it would have been with another company.

The person was very polite, but they had to go out to get something. They were gone for 2 hours and charged me for that 2 hours. The work was very good and the person was very professional.

They spent several hours trying to isolate the problem which was very unique. They would not leave until they found the source due to the concerns over fire hazard and they did finally find the issue and correct it. They came to my home immediately the next day and on time. Very professional and very concerned that I too understood what was found and how it was repaired.

The two men who performed the work did a great job - showed up on time, completed the work without any extra holes in the ceiling - great in a 2- story house! Excellent! The electrician was on time, pleasant, professional and explained what he could do and couldn't do (repair the lights; they needed replaced and they didn't do speaker wiring). Our outdoor speakers were also destroyed.

Pat and Steve did an excellent job. They spent two full days working on everything. They were clean friendly and well spoken. They kept me informed of what they were doing and more importantly, they explained everything to me so that I could understand it. If something wasn't done right the first time they caught it and fixed it the first time. I trusted them enough to leave them alone in my home several times while I went out shopping for electrical fixtures (I have never done that before). These are good people that do good work. I can't say enough good things about them. They're welcome back any time.

He was on time, courteous, but did not inspect as much as I thought he might. He concentrated on the circuit breaker box and things that we pointed out to him that we had noticed was faulty. I was hoping for a thorough inspection of all wiring (I'm not sure how, but I was hoping).

Two installers from Ashpaugh came to our home and worked hard all day to complete the job. When we first received the estimate from Ashpaugh we thought that it seemed somewhat high, but given the amount of work performed we think that the price was fair. The overall quality of the work was outstanding, and we are very happy with the finished result. One of our new lights started to flicker the day after the installation, we called Ashpaugh, and they happily came the next day to replace the light at no additional charge. We appreciated how strongly this company stands behind its work. We would definitely use Ashpaugh again.

They are professional and trustworthy. They even told me to make a list before they came because they charge by the hour so they don't waste your time. They are very efficient. They don't bill you on the spot. I find that to be considerate.
