The young man who came introduced himself. He was pleasant, competent, worked efficiently. When he left the work area was clean. I was very pleased with his effort.

We thought we had it fixed on the first visit. Then after a rain, the breaker tripped again, so they came back in two days and found another problem. They came back three times, and kept eliminating another potential problem, until fixing the problem on the third visit. They did not charge me for the additional visits....not for labor or trip charge or materials. The repairman was very professional and worked hard in the cold and rain. I could not ask for more.

The woman who took my call was very friendly and scheduled our appointment. The electrician was about a half hour late, though they did call to give me advanced notice that he was on his way as promised. He fixed the dimmer and yard light, but had to take part of our porch light back to the shop to be fixed. He did not call on the day he returned to replace the porch light, but luckily I was home. He was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The estimator arrived exactly on time and promptly sent me a reasonable estimate by email. We also set up the appointment time by email - very smooth and efficient. The electrician arrived right on time and was pleasant, professional, and competent. The work was done perfectly. By chance, I was also having a hardwood floor installed that day and there was a problem with an electrical outlet on the floor - the installer wasn't able to work around it. I asked the Ashbaugh electrician if he might be able to help out. He certainly didn't have to, but he took on the problem and fixed the issue. He really saved me. I had not used Ashpaugh before, but they are now my electricians!

They were very responsive and did exactly what they said they were going to. Overall I had a good experience.

I felt like I was overcharged for the work that they did. They charge by an hourly fee and they had to come back on a second day and brought a second worker to hold the chandelier. When it was finished the second guy just sat around which I was charged for. When I contacted them about this, they did take a quarter off of the price.

I happy with them, they were very responsive.

It wasn't very expensive. I have had no problems.

Overall the experience was terrific. I like this company and will use them again.

They showed up on time. There were 2 people that showed up (as we were expecting). They had it done in approximately one hour. We've used Ashpaugh in the past...they have always been polite, timely and efficient. They clean up after the work is all done. Would definitely call them again for electrical work.

They were very good and responsive. He cracked one of the light bulbs that came with the fan, and said it would have to be special ordered to replace. The price was very reasonable.

The gentleman did a great job, cleaned their mess up, set up and showed me how to use the fans. Very polite, wore booties while inside even when it was not necessary. I will have Mr. Ashpaugh do more work for me in the future. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at all.

Mr. Ashpaugh was very thorough and professional when he arrived to give us an estimate for the work we wanted done. He pointed out the fire hazard of the 2 existing can lights above the fireplace. He went into the attic and did a thorough inspection for the new electric lines that needed to be added to complete the work. The whirlpool tub in the master bath and an electrical outlet in the laundry room did not work. He showed us why they didn't work and how to fix these by using the electric panel in the garage. We appreciated that help a lot. The workers, Ton, Gary, and Wes arrived on time. They were professional, clean, courteous, and explained any questions we had while doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves. We were pleased with the results.

He arrived on time and was neatly dressed. He asked questions to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. Very friendly offer an explanation of how the job would be completed. Then preform the two tasks in an appropriate period of time. He clean up after himself including vacuuming the rug from the plaster dust. The contractor did a nice job. My only complaint was the trip fee, which I knew about prior to making the appointment.

Great. They were very prompt and courteous and tried to get as much done each day as they could. It took two days as more damage to the wiring of our home was done than anticipated. I would definitely recommend them.

He was on time. They gave me a window of when they would arrive. He arrived before I did and they charge by the 15 minutes so the clock started when he arrived. Other than that I was very pleased with the work and their service.

Everything went well. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the technician.

The quote they discussed with me over the phone was very approximate to what they finally changed me, which almost never happens. They actually had to add an extra circuit breaker for a treadmill along with two outlets in the garage. They were really concerned with putting the plug for the treadmill where it was best for me instead of putting the outlet where it would be the most convenient for them. I will always use them again for electrical work in the future.

They did everything they said they would do and they did it well. The work was done more than a year ago and everything seems to still be working. I would absolutely hire them again.

He was super. He called me 45 minutes before he came and he showed up on time. The cord that went from my house to my garage had burned up. He told me that when it was originally installed, it had been scraped and had deteriorated over time. The storm had also damaged some of my motion lights. He replaced these and upgraded the bulb on another light. He also installed a new light on the back of the garage. He confirmed everything with me and did a terrific job. He was here for 3-4 hours.

Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Their office called when the technician was enroute to the house, right on time. Given the very general nature of the problem I knew there was no easy way to pinpoint the problem. However, within a very short period of time the electrician was able to go through a process of elimination and identify the faulty switch. He even showed me how to fix a canned light that had not worked properly for 2 years. Extremely satisfied. You hope you never need them, but if I do, I will definitely call them again.

Very efficient and cleaned up after their work

I've used Ashpaugh a couple of times previously, and have always had good experiences with them. They showed up on time and were ready to get started. The work was very nicely done, and they cleaned everything up afterwards. On second visit, Ashpaugh was very good to work with. Their price is in line with other companies, and it's easy to get an appointment. All my experiences with their electricians have been good ones: they show up on time, are respectful, and do good work.

They did a good job, I was satisfied.

We needed a dedicated circuit in order to install a sauna in our basement. He installed one.
