Did not end up needing his service.

Went well, do not worry about my freezer shutting off anymore, especially when I have to go out of town. I will call this company again and will recommend them.

It was a 40 year old house with odd wiring, less than equally spaced ceiling joist, etc... Needless to say a tough job. The two gentlemen from Aaron's called before arriving, arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They spread covers to protect my furniture and did a great and thorough job. I would recommend them and also call on them for future electrical work.

Kept losing power. Duke Energy told me it was outside service breaker. I called Aaron's Electric after 6 PM on Wed., June 29 and talked with Jim. He was helpful and sent repairman the next day. They replaced the breaker with a new one on their truck. They found one side had burnt smell on old breaker. Tom told me they checked voltage and said it was ok at this time. They were professional.

After having been told our system could not be repaired, I called Aarons for a second look at the problem. Our outdoor lighting was not working. They had an open appointment on the same day that I called, and long story short, repaired the problem in a just a few hours. Our service provider was prompt, courteous, and completed the task in a professional and timely fashion. I will now call Aarons for any electrical problems that I have.

He came out a couple of times. He did a good job and he was a real nice guy. He was real qualified. He came, got on the job, did the work and when he left everything was picked up. I thought he did an excellent job. I just recommend to people to just rely on his judgment. He was very fair on his price and a real sharp guy.

The job went very well. Jim came out and did a kind of an estimate and came out after a couple of days after that. He had a couple of gentleman with him and he did an excellent job. They came in right where I thought they would in terms of price.

These guys are terrific and we were lucky to find them on Angies LIst. We had a much bigger problem with our previous owners "do it yourself" wiring than we thought and we're lucky it all came to fruition without our home and business burning to the ground. Jim, Tom and Brent came out the same day we called and had everything corrected within two days. They did a great job for us and will have them back this fall for more upgrades. Thanks guys!

Jim came out on Monday the second to give us the assessment. We knew up front from our call scheduling the appointment exactly what the costs for the assessment would be. Jim was very detailed and communicated everything that he found and the issues / concerns. He went ahead and wrote up the estimate for the work and left it up to us if we wanted to proceed, he didn't pressure us at all. We called that afternoon and scheduled for Wednesday. Jim and two others came Wednesday first thing (calling ahead when they were on their way). They worked through the day and were able to get everything in that day. We got a very detailed walk through once everything had been completed and everything was left very neat and orderly. They showed a great level of detail and care.

Called before they came to house. Helped layout the lights location (moved furniture in and out. The room was just as if they were never here.

We have used him before and he is thorough. His explanations are clear and the price is fair. He will arrive on time and he is definitely a professional we trust and we will continue to use him in the future.

He was on time, explained the complexity of the work and possible problems. The total was a bit higher than expected but it was related to the lack of proper electrical boxes in my house. When we realized one of the lights didn't have all the parts, he patiently waited for me to go back to the store to change it. Quick, honest and a professional work. Will recommend his work without any doubt.

The work that Aaron?s Electric Company did went very well overall. They were prompt. They got here the same day we called them. They worked the whole time they were here. Their rates were very good. They just did a good job. I would recommend them; they are worth using.

My outside lightpost was not working. I called Aaron's electric and Jim came out that day. Jim gave me different options on how to fix the electric. I chose the more expensive option so that I will not have this problem again. Jim and his team came out hand dug the electrical wire to the house from the lightpost. They replaced the wire and provided a barrier around the wire so it will not be damaged in the future. They found that the old wire was not buried deep enough. Jim and his team were very efficent. They were done in a couple of hours.

Tom and Brent installed two outlets in garage and replaced an outside outlet that was failing. They were very courteous and professional and addressed all my concerns and needs. I will definitely call them for future electrical work that I need done. I felt like they worked with me to solve my issues doing only the work that was necessary.

Upon purchase of our new home, we soon found out that the breaker panel had a large amount of condensation in it. It was to the point that water literally dripped into the breakers. We called Aaron's Electric to troubleshoot. It took a couple of trips, but they came up cheap fix that worked perfectly. I haven't seen any condensation since they came out. While they were out, I also had them fix a junction box that had broken that was in our garden. They were able disconnect the wires from the breaker panel and remove the old junction box that looked horrible and replace it with a very small box that attaches to our deck. You can barely see it now. Very pleased. Great service and great communication even through the troubleshooting and multiple calls with the condensation issues.

They were quick and did a great job, I would use them again.

. While at our home for an estimate, Jim found that our fuse box was not within code as it was overloaded with two fuses more than code allowed . He also found a live wire in our crawl space that a previous electrician had left open and could have caused danger to anyone working nearby. Jim and his crew Tom and Brent rewired our entire fuse box and added another one in the basement. They even waited for me to run to Best Buy (and talked to the Best Buy salesman to make sure I was buying the correct cable) after the job was almost completed so they could optimally finish the TV mounting. They were very professional and knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, and cleaned up nicely when they left. Jim even LOWERED the price on several items within our original bid when the time/materials actually came in less than he originally estimated. We had three estimates for this job and Jim was the only one that picked up on our code violation, and his price was right in the middle - fair and honest. I will call Jim Carpenter and Aaaron's Electric for all of our electrical needs in the future

Jim and company removed some dated light fixtures, replacing them with can lights. They took the time to explain a couple potential 'hitches', and did what they said they would do. Professional, tidy and friendly. I will call them again.
