Courteous, responsive, knowledgeable. Would consider them again in future. They lost our business on price only.

What impressed me the most is their responsiveness. We called, and they were out the same day and fixed everything. I think they're a bit pricey (but I didn't shop around), but it seems they did a good job.

When you call this service, the phone is answered by the head tech and not by a receptionist at a switchboard. That is a plus, in my view. A two-person crew worked quietly and efficiently. Also, they left a detailed report of the work they completed.

Excellent work! They were able to do the job the same day that I placed a call to them. Jim and Tom are very knowledgeable about their trade. Everything was handled with great expertise.

For a year we had a grounding problem that 2 different electricians and the cable company tried at least 4 times to find. Jim came the same day, Wed, I called and had the initial problem identified in 30 minutes. It was a dangerous situation that could have caused a fire and they gave me a quote to repair . The work was scheduled for Friday morning. The next day I found a wire overheating and called Jim. They arrived 1 hr later and made a temporary repair. They arranged for Duke Power to cut the power Fri morning and another dangerous condition was found. By 3:00 PM all new equipment was installed, repairs were made and Carmel approved and we were back on !!! Very professional , knowledgeable ,clean and friendly people, called before they came and cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend to anyone.

The experience was very good. He was quick, positive, and polite. The roads were bad and he still kept in touch and was punctual. I will use him again.

Outstanding Service! Placed a request through Angie's list at 7:30 in the morning and received a call back within 30 Minutes. By 10:30 Service technician had arrived at my home, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will never contact anybody else for my electrical repairs.

I called them on Monday and they scheduled to come to the house on Friday morning. They quoted their exact hourly rate over the phone for troubleshooting the switches and they stated they would give me a quote for all the additional outlets and moving the phone and cable. They arrived on time. They all covered their shoes before they cam in the house. They also covered the floor with drop cloths. One of the gentlemen had me show him exactly the work I wanted done. He carefully wrote down all my requests and gave me a quote for the job. I immediately had them go to work. They replaced the two sticky switches. Then they added three four plug outlets, moved the phone jack and the cable internet and added another switch in my office. The work was done exactly as I asked and the men were very professional. It took 3 men approximately 3 hours to complete the job. They had to go up into the attic to run some wiring. They vacummed up all the dry wall dust and took all their trash with them. It was a pleasure to have them do this work and I will definitely call them in the future.

Several weeks earlier they also made an electrical panel adjustment. They were very responsive in returning calls and coming out within a day or two. They were very thorough in their quoting and actual work. This company was professional and actually had the work done before I got callbacks from some other companies for an original quote. I will use them again in the future.

When the deficiency in our electric system was noted following the appliance failure, they were able to come by that same afternoon and assess the problem. Based on their warnings and the areas of concern, we were pleased that we were able to schedule a date for the work within 1 week. The crew of three electricians arrived at 8 a.m. and worked diligently until after 4 p.m. The job required them to be on the roof, in the crawlspace and all over the house. They were very organized and left the worksite in great shape. We had many questions and they spent the time to educate us throughout the entire process. As a result of their experience and the careful inspection of all wiring in the home, they detected other hazardous wiring situations that had existed in our home for many years. We believe that we were able to avoid a more serious problem due to their detection and correction of these issues. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs work or just needs an inspection of their current electrical system.

I used them because of the rating they had and the pricing was not too bad. They were very good, helpful, knew what they were doing and it did not take long. They cleaned up after they worked and I will use them again in the future.

Extremly nice and professional! I just purchased an old house (built in 1927) so the wiring isn't implemented like today's standards. But, these guys are experienced, and had seen wiring like mine before. I tend to ask a lot of questiions, and they explained everything to me. They replaced all the lights and left everything clean and working. I would definitely use Aaron's Electric again. And, with this old house, I have a feeling that I might need to!

I originally hired them to fix an outside plug/lamp-post that was not working and install an exterior outlet. I talked to them about putting an indoor switch on the lamp-post so I need not have to go outside to turn on my light. They suggested a dawn to dusk sensor instead, since an indoor switch was complicated and expensive so I had them do that. too. I also then decided to put another sensor on one of my outdoor floods, which they did as well. I have used Aaron's Electric several times since finding them on Angies a few years ago but never added a report. They are always reliable and do good, safe work. I never call anybody else for anything electrical.....and my sensors are perfect for my needs!!

Arrived a few minutes late but I was running late also, so worked out perfectly. Came in completed the work, paid them and they left. Extremely efficient.

I was dissatisfied with the house's original electrical contractor and during a late night power outage (during a snow storm, no less), I had used Angie's List to find a new electrician. I came upon Aaron's Electric 24 hour emergency hotline and received immediate and accurate assistance and made a mental note to use this group again should any electrical need arise. It was discovered that the line running to the house heating unit was shorting out so I called Aaron's. Jim and his team called the day of the appointment at 800am (just as promised) and arrived shortly after the call. I explained the situation and showed him the workspace. During this time, Jim pointed out a serious safety issue that the gas line was not properly grounded as required by code (something the original electrical contractor on the house had apparently forgotten to do!). He confirmed the work to be done and drew up a quote. Once accepted, the team got to work and had everything repaired in no time flat. Jim walked me through all the repairs and made sure I had no remaining questions. The team was professional and left no mess behind. I will definitely be contacting Aaron's electric for any additional electrical needs.

Service was above and beyond what I expected

We had three estimates for the work. Aaron's estimate was the most informative and complete. It was not the lowest. The work was done as scheduled. I think the job was a little more complicated than anticipated, and took more time than planned, but we were charged the estimated cost. We love our new outlets and are using them often.

Over the course of the hours several other issues were found. He capped off a wire we never noticed before, including the home inspector. Tightened the panel and bonded the lines. And changed the outlets. It was money and time well spent, he was very professional and I will call them again if I have any electrical issues- great customer service and they worked me into the schedule.

Electrical outlets in one room kept going out. I would reset breaker switch until one night it would not let me re-set. I called another company first (one that had over 200 reports and a grade A) but I would have to wait one week before they could come out. I called Aaron's Electric, and Jim came out the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did some detective work and found the problem in a large outdoor light. I would definitely use and recommend Aaron's. I did learn a valuable lesson...just because a company on the list has a lot of reports doesn't mean I shouldn't give other companies with less reports a try.
