"I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."

His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. Landscape edging is more DIYable than trenching. You can DIY your own digging projects, but proceed carefully and only with proper knowledge of the equipment and appropriate safety measures in place.
