Brent was very helpful and detailed. He provided a comprehensive report on the same day of the inspection which was very impressive. He also made sure to let us know where he would recommend experts to do further analysis- one of those recommendations was in a septic inspection. This recommendation was key given a normal inspection using dye would not have identified the issues in the system that the septic inspector was able to uncover. Brent was sure to highlight areas we needed to be aware of that we could use to help negotiate the sale of our home. We would definitely recommend Wren Inspection.

We were extremely pleased with Brent and his inspection of our home. We built a new home and at the 11 month mark, can submit a list of items needing attention that will be fixed under warranty. Brent found several red letter items that we would never have found had we not brought him on. He was extremely thorough and went through all of the findings with my husband and during the process and then again in the detailed inspection report. Would highly recommend!

After one year, hire another Inspection service and found three major problem that he - Bren should have caught. Do not Hire him they just go in attic & not even checking that master bedroom insulation is missing... Could you believe it. Also found major problem that Probuild telling me that House should not have pass the inspection.

My in-laws (who are super picky) were there during the inspection since we currently live abroad and they said out of all the home inspections they've been through that Brent was by far the best. He was very thorough. He took about 5 hours, going through every piece of the house and answered all their questions. I even called him after the walkthrough and he was so nice and answered all of my questions. Before the inspection, I had a list of my concerns, but after reading his report, he caught areas in the house that I would never have thought would be problematic. He also said why they were issues- safety, health, environment, etc and offered solutions to fix all the problems in His report, which was well over 50 pages, detailed with colored pictures (and gave to me the same day as the inspection). I am so glad I hired Wren House Inspection. I feel completely comfortable now and also knowledgeable about the workings of the house I am about to purchase. Thank you Brent!

Went fantastic, he was very informative and professional. Would highly reccomend to use. I chose to have the general home inspection along with a termite inspection. Completed both in a timely manner and had the report finished that evening.
