Brent was very courteous and very thorough. It was obvious he was organized and had a system so nothing was missed. the seller representative even asked where i had found him. When I told him Angie's list and that he had good reviews, he said "I can see why"' Throughout the who inspection process he took the time to explain things to me and even gave great homeowners advise on some components of the house such as an electric air filter (which i had never seen before) and a house humidifier. He even adjusted our attic fan to the ideal setting so as to save electricity for the current owner and us after we take possession. we got the full report within a few hours with very easy to understand wording and good pictures. I would definitely recommend him.

Wren showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. His reports were very detailed and he helped me make a decision I was very comfortable with. I could not recommend them enough and I plan on using him for all my future inspections.

Mr. Wren did a very thorough job at our home inspection. He was easy to contact and set up the appointment. Had a nice contract stating what he could and could not do. Reviewed his findings after every section of inspection. And had the report to us that night. If something was borderline, he reviewed the issue with us, explained both sides of the argument, and let us choose whether it just needed to be mentioned or if we were going to ask for it to be fixed. He was friendly and professional. I could not ask for a better home inspection.

It went well. I called Brent on the phone and had it scheduled within 5 minutes. He showed up on time and performed the inspection. He was thorough and honest, he gave me his opinion from a "if it were my house" perspective, which is exactly what I wanted. He delivered exactly what i hoped he would. Having Brent do my home inspection was one of the easiest parts of my home purchase process. He was punctual, professional, and through. He pointed out his findings to help me understand the issues that he found with the house, and his report contained tons of pictures with detailed descriptions of the issues and recommendations. I am very pleased with the service and quality of his inspection. Please note that he books up quickly and you likely will need to set an appointment a week in advance.

We had orginally scheduled a full inspection with Wren including radon, but we have to use a different inspector due to the condittions of the loan. Wren was very polite and understanding of the situation and had already performed the Radon Test. The pricing was fair and got the results back in a timely fashion.

Brent was extremely quick with responding to all of my questions and concerns before and even after the inspection. He arrived early to the inspection. Showed us all the areas of concern with the house. Took time to explain things kindly. Reccomended how he would fix things in the house. He emailed the report to us the same day. It was nicely laid out, easy to read, and had all the red flags in front. The potable water testing results were emailed to us as soon as the results came in, exactly when he said they would be done. He was kind, professional, thorough, punctual, easy to get a hold of, and super fast with responding to any questions or concerns from us. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Brent is a wonderful inspector. He pointed out everything and gave us clear explanations on areas of concern. He is thorough and responsive. His returned the report to us the same day, full of detail and laid out clearly for the seller to easily see any action items. Even after the inspection, Brent answered any questions we had. He was so great, that we asked him to come back during our final walk through to inspect/ensure the action items were properly handled by the seller. I recommend Brent to future homeowner going through the home purchase process. You won't find a better inspector in Indiana!

Although the results weren't what we wanted to hear, Brent performed the task thoroughly and professionally. He did a great job of explaining the results and was very easy to work with.

Brent was great! Not only did he provide us with a VERY through inspection report but he got it two us 2 hours after we left the house with him. He worked us into his schedule within 2 days which was a huge deal as we had a very small closing window. In addition he was more than willing to answer any questions I had! Even if they didn't pertain specifically to what he was inspecting. Example; there was a oddly large amount of lighting in our dining room and he even explained to me how I could go about replacing some of the light fixtures without too much effort. I am a first time home buyer and my husband was late getting to the appointment so I really appreciated Brent taking the time to explain things to me and help me understand what work needed done and why. In all honesty it felt like he was a buddy looking the house over instead of someone we hired! I don't plan on buying a house again for a long time but I will be recommending him to anyone who is!

It was good. What was good about him was his overall professionalism and punctuality. I went with him primarily because of his availability and price.

Brent was punctual and detailed during his inspection. He let us know that the full report would be ready the same day he completed the inspection and we had it that evening. We are purchasing a country home, so we did the home inspection plus termites, radon and well water testing. He recommended we have a septic company inspect the septic as his testing would be a dye stress test. We did a full septic inspection, which passed the dye test but had other issues our sellers needed to address and cost $4,000 to repair. These would have been overlooked issues with a simple dye test. We hired him for his honesty with his septic recommendations and were very pleased overall. We feel that we are fully informed buyers following his inspection.

Brent was great! The home... not so great. He was very thorough and delivered the inspection within hours of leaving the home. It was a clean, well written, professional report. The home was cosmetically really great, but the guts were basically falling apart. In the end I backed out of the deal. I'm really thankful I had someone dependable to perform my inspection. I'm still looking for the perfect house, and when I do I'll definitely use him again. I'd recommend him to friends and family anyday.

Brent was great to work with. He showed patience in letting me go thorough all the issues and concerns I had seen with the house and helped with best course of action for them. He was through with his own inspection and reported some important issues that I may have missed. His report was professional and inclusive with pictures. He was happy to offer Angies List discount!

Brent was prompt and inspection was very detailed and easy to read. He was open and available to answer any questions that I had. I was relocating to the area from a different state and running late for the re-inspection, however, Brent stayed a few extra minutes and was able to still review what he has found. I felt that he went above and beyond by doing this. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking a great home inspector!

Inspection went great. very professional and detailed. Didn't mind me following him around and asking questions. Explained what is was doing and looking for in an inspection.

They came out as soon as I called. They came quick and took pictures of everything. They did a real good job. He inspected the house. He checked the foundation out. Went up and checked out the attic. They did a great job. It cost about two hundred dollars. This happened about a month ago. I felt fairly good about his work. I ended up moving into this house. He was thorough. He was a polite, well mannered guy and the price was reasonable. He came out when he said he would and did the job. I would grade him an 'A' overall. He got here quick! I would use him again in the future. He was very professional. He was looking after me I would use him again in the future. I would recommend him to other people.
