They were on time, professional, thorough, informative, nice. No complaints at all, highly recommend! (dont' remember cost though)

Brent inspected my crawl space, attic, and home exterior. Brent was able to get into spaces that are difficult to navigate and as a result found problems that others would not have taken the time to find. He thoroughly inspected those areas and documented (in writing and with photos) items that needed to be addressed. Brent was very professional, thorough, and patient in explaining what he found. He was terrific!

He did a very good job and checked everything out, was very good about explaining different things about the works of the condo and some features we never had before and how to take care of them.

The inspection was very thorough covering every major inspection point from roof to basement. The report was detailed and provided quickly (the same day). This is very helpful as it allows us to move forward with our home purchase right away.

Brent did a very good job with our home inspection. He found several things that needed attention and wrote them out in a detailed report. He was very thorough and descriptive. He provided detailed photographs and gave advice on the maintenance of our home. I would definitely hire Brent again.

This is the second time we hired Brent to do an inspection on a house we were buying and he did just as good this time around as the first time around.

We had a difficult home-buying process and Brent was extremely patient and professional throughout all of the scheduling delays, financial mishaps and difficult personalities involved. Brent was very thorough and detailed and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the inspection. We had his detailed report the same night of the inspection. He also recommended a separate fully-invasive inspection be done on the septic system, and we are very glad he did because major septic issues were identified that will soon be resolved at seller cost. Brent also takes great pride in his customer service and making sure his customers are taken care of. We had some snafus throughout the Radon inspection process and Brent took strides to make it right. We would highly recommend Wren House Inspection to anyone needing a home inspection done.

Let me start by saying Brent Wren is incredible. He?s the kind of inspector every buyer wants when purchasing a house (and the kind sellers do NOT want when listing their house haha). We?ve been in the process of buying a house for a few months now and have had to hire Brent twice. In the first house he inspected for us, he found issues that we couldn?t look past. Halfway through, he even gave us the option of stopping (for a discounted price) after we were so rattled by some of his findings. We loved the house and decided to press on. Unfortunately for us at the time, the sellers decided that they didn?t want to adjust the sale price or fix the huge issues Brent found, so we ended up getting out of that contract. A few weeks later we found an even better house. Again, we hired Brent. Again, he was super thorough and went above-and-beyond to find everything that could impact our safety and comfort in the new home. Brent even found a crack that suggested we should have a foundation specialist check it out. And when we did, the foundation specialist said it would be $10,000 to fix! Brent?s inspections have saved us a TON of money and have given us peace of mind we wouldn?t have had otherwise. We hope to not go through this home buying process again anytime soon, but if we do, we will absolutely call Wren House Inspection and we will suggest him to anyone we know who?s buying a house. The best!

I would highly recommend Wren's home inspection. Brent responded quickly to my request to schedule and answered all my questions over the phone. I even found out later he answered my call while he was out to dinner. We scheduled for the next week. We met him at the house, he was on time, probably even a little early. He talked us through what he was going to do and welcomed any questions from us throughout the inspection. The seller of the home was actually present at the inspection and hovered a bit so it did make it a bit ackward for us to ask a lot of questions. However, Brent took time after the inspection to sit down with my husband and I at a local restaurant to go over what he found. We really appreciated the time he took with us. Later that evening, I received his report via email. HIs report was very detailed with pictures and all the information we discussed and more. Even our relator said it was the most thorough she has even seen. We are very happy with Wren's Home Inspection and would highly recommend him!

Wren showed up on time, introduced himself, and went straight to work. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he was going. He was very knowledgable and answered every question I had regarding the inspection. Despite the tempeture being in the negatives he thoroughly inspected the outside area. I received the full report within hours after the end of the inspection. I highly suggest him to anyone looking for a very accurate inspection for a great price.

Brent, was the consummate professional throughout this entire process...he took my email and made a phone call while he was on vacation in the Virgin Islands saying that he would be back soon and business still must go on...very smart businessman and this made me respect him and his business that much more. Brent was able to schedule me on a Saturday to fit my schedule and was on location even before I got there his demeanor and friendly personality made him that much more of a pleasure to work with. The proof of his dedication to his trade was in the home inspection report that he provided that was not only timely meaning SAME DAY, and included his professional opinion but included pictures diagrams as well as any detailed info that you May not know you might need in order to make sure that you are making a wise home purchase. If you are in the Indianapolis area which we currently live in fishers; I highly recommend using Brent and his company because you can expect nothing but the best. Brent Wren is awesome. We scheduled the inspection for 12:30. I arrived at 12:20 and Brent was already there, but he waited for me to arrive to start the inspection which I appreciated. My parents and I were all present for the home inspection and he didn't mind us walking around the house, measuring things, and asking him questions. After he was done with the inspection, he walked us around the house to show us the major items that needed fixing. Being a first time home buyer, I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me in person. Less than 24 hours after the inspection, I received a very detailed, but easy to read report. It had a description of the issues, pictures, and what he recommended the sellers do. I also asked for radon testing, which Brent has another company do, but he took care of making sure I got all of the information I needed. He even looked at the garage (which wasn't included since it is detached) just to make sure there was nothing majorly wrong with it. I would definitely use Brent again and recommend him to others!

Brent was fantastic. As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect the inspection to be like so he walked us through what he'd do and what he as looking for in the house. He was very thorough with the inspection and pointed out anything that he thought needed address on the spot as well as in his report he sent later on in the day. We were very confident going into the house that all the problems had been identified and we knew what would need addressed that the sellers didn't want to do (very minor things). While the house ended up falling through we were more than happy with the work Brent did and will be using him again when we do decide to get back into the market.

I'm a first time home buyer so when it came to the part that I had to find a home Inspector I wasn't so sure where to start. Well let me begin telling you that from the moment I asked to get a quote he was very professional, honest and straight to the point. He told me he would inspect the house as if he was buying it. This to me was very important since I wanted to know everything about the house I'm buying, the good and the bad. The day of the inspection he looked through the house thoroughly paying attention to the smallest details that I had never even noticed before. Was right on time, in fact before we had gotten there, and did a great job. Very detailed results, and took the time to show us everything that he was finding, good and bad, in the home, and giving recommendations. Explained how the results would be given as well. Great pictures, too.

Brent arrived on time. He was quite tolerant of our overly friendly dog. He proceeded to do a thorough inspection of our home. Our house is under warranty for two years so we had an inspection done after one year to give the house time to settle.

Brent Wren was awesome. He showed up early and dove right into the inspection. He was incredibly thorough and left no stone unturned. When he found foundation issues he explained those as thoroughly as possible and even went out of his way to send photographs and information to a foundation repair company to ensure his thoughts on the issue were correct.
