His report was sent to us the same day as the inspection and it had plenty of pictures with thorough explanations. Glad we chose Wren!

Brent was extremely thorough. It was a 4800 sqft home and he was there 4.5 hours. The report was extremely detailed with pictures and documentation. he did a great job of explaining his findings and even gave us maintenance tips while conducting the inspection. Brent was on time, very professional, happily answered our questions, offered up plenty of helpful information about the house as we went through the inspection, and did a very careful job. We could hear him explore every corner of the attic, and he got up on the roof after we left, which was a pleasant surprise when we got the report. There was a snowfall the night prior to the inspection, and at first he didn't think he would be able to safely go up. However, he decided at the last minute that the sun had burned off enough of the ice to make it safe for him. He could have called it a day - we had already left thinking he was done, fully agreeing with him it wasn't safe for him to get on the roof - but he saw a spot had cleared up and decided to make the effort (and our day). His report, sent to us later the same day, was full of photos and even included an embedded video to clearly show a problem he found. We would happily use his services again in the future and recommend him to our friends.

Brent was AWESOME! Arrived right on time and had all of the necessary tools and equipment to perform the inspection. Brent started on the roof of the home to check for any roof damage, shingles and gutters. He then did a full walk-around the house and started within the home up the in attack and worked his way down to levels. He spent three hours with me and was very thorough taking notes after each level of the home. He takes pictures and encourages questions and answers then to the best of his knowledge. I asked a lot of questions I feel and Brent was still very willing to answer all of them. He was by far the most affordable out of all the home inspectors and he provided a detailed home inspection sheet listed with critical and non-critical items, same day! My realtor was very happy and so was I. Thanks Brent!

Brent is awesome! He actually prefers you to be there with him during the inspection. He was able to find a lot of issues on a flip that the seller said their inspector missed. The report he gives you is very detailed, and he actually got me out of what was probably a lemon of a home. It sucks that we didn't end up getting the house, but I am thankful for Brent and his knowledge, and will be using him on the next house we put a bid on. A++++ will use again!

Mr. Wren found several issues with the older home that I wanted to buy. Because of that and the thorough report he shared, I was able to ask the seller to lower the price on the home $5,000 so that I could complete the necessary work. Mr. Wren, when asked, was able to provide a couple of referrals for honest estimates on the needed work which also allowed me to make a more intelligent decision and estimate the cost of needed repairs. I found Mr. Wren on Angie's list and feel this was one time where my membership really paid off. I did have to ask for an extension on my inspection because I had to wait in line since Mr. Wren's services were in high demand.

He was extremely thorough and professional. The home and termite inspection was sent to me the same day. The radon was sent 2 days later because the radon detection takes 48 hours to monitor. He was able to get onto the roof even in the winter to check everything. He crawled all through the attic to check for termites and water damage. I really liked that he took a lot of pictures and attached them to his report. Brent was very organized too. He found 4 critical items that should be repaired prior to final sale. His price was very fair and actually less expensive than others from whom I received quotes.
