This company saved me from a house with a rotten roof. I used them again 2 months later, they took the time to walk me through the house and show where the concerns were (and why this house is not the problem the other was going to be). Yes, I'd hire again...because I did!

Brent came out to the house and did a very detailed review of the property, and found things that we did not notice. Brent was also very friendly and helpful with all of all of my questions. He got the report back to us the same day with detailed descriptions of any issues he found as well as pictures of each item.

Brent was throughout and provided a detailed review of his report after the inspection. His report allowed us to negotiate repairs for several major repairs, such as $4k worth of crawl space repair, electrical issues, potential mold, and more.

Super Fantastic !!! Absolutely a wonderful experience with Brent Wren. Contacted him one week ago for a home inspection, call was returned promptly. Agreed on the day, appointment set for 9:30AM. Brent arrived on time, he explained his process, and went right to work. He started on the roof (30 deg. that day), then proceeded to the inside inspection. He did not mind us asking questions along the way, and discussed items that were code acceptable at the time the home was built, but no longer acceptable to current code. Total time was approximately 2.5 hours from start to finish. I can not stress enough how thorough he was, he even took extra time to show us "Red Flag:" items. Very professional and a complete gentleman. His prepared report arrived via email the same evening, 46 pages with comments, pictures of every concern, recommendations, even embedded video showing loose electrical boxes and vents. Wow, I could not have been happier with this inspection.

Very thorough with the home inspection and was very honest about what problems he would consider major problems and minor problems. He did a visual inspection for termite and mold and brought in specialists to do the Radon Testing. He was also very accommodating too my schedule. He took care of getting the key code from the realtor and everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing. All around great customer service!

Brent answered his phone promptly and was able to accommodate my home inspection in a matter of a few days.
