"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. "On Saturday, the 21st, we had a pipe burst. While Mission Plumbing was unavailable until Monday due to prior commitments, their prompt responses to our questions and willingness to assist made us comfortable with the wait. When they arrived on Monday, they assessed the situation and committed to returning around 3 PM to resolve the issue. True to their word, they showed up at 2:45 and got straight to work. The damaged pipe was an old, galvanized one that had split. It was located behind a washer, dryer, water conditioner, and sink, connecting to the water heater. After replacing the pipe and restoring the water, they discovered a leak within the wall behind the water heater. They addressed this promptly by replacing that section of the pipe as well. Once the water ran smoothly, they checked and adjusted the holding tank pressure, which made a significant difference. By resetting it to the correct level greatly improved water pressure throughout the house—a welcome bonus! "

"I left a terrible review here yesterday after my experience with a Bassett HVAC technician that told me he didn't know the issue & would send a plumber from 3-5 that same day, but I was 'ghosted' by the company instead. However, the plumbers came today & not only found & fixed the issue, but fixed my garbage disposal & found the cause of a leak under my sink - all for no charge due to my experience yesterday. The issues turned out to be very minor all the way around, but I am so appreciative that they were all fixed & the kindness shown to me I don't agree with them telling me someone would be here yesterday, then not contacting me until today, but I should have been more patient before leaving a review yesterday; that is on me.
