Took a little longer to get this hot tub repaired then we had hoped, better late than never.

Talk to me on the phone said they were gonna come out came out to go look but haven?t heard anything back then I would be disappointed. I have text and called and no replies I don?t know if the job is too big

They responded immediately. They were very prompt, friendly, and helpful. They fixed my issue quickly at a fair price.

Actually early to the job. Very nice and professional. Ended up a simple fix. Even showed me a few things I didn't know to avoid future problems. Overall great service.

We hired them to open and vacuum the pool for a celebration of life service. There was excuse after excuse until it came to the day of the celebration when the pool was finally opened. The next day, however, it was still dirty, filled with junk, and clearly had not been vacuumed thoroughly. They were then supposed to come weekly to clean and vacuum the pool, so I had gone on a trip under the assumption this would be the case. However, I came back after two weeks, opened the pool cover, and it looked even worse than before. When I called to ask what had happened, they said I slipped through the cracks and that they would come take care of it immediately. They did come out and service the pool, and, that time, did a great job. They had also informed my I was using an incorrect basket pump for the pool and that they would bring the correct one the following week, and that a card would be left at my house after each servicing. At this point, I was well satisfied and looking forward to working with them. However, I never saw a card. I eventually called to ask if they'd been here, as I hadn't seen a card in some time, and they said they had not as one of the worker's brothers was diagnosed with cancer. I didn't understand why i hadn't just received a call or why nobody else could come. I was then assured someone would come on Wednesday, at which point I was called and told they were caught up in another job and would come over the next morning. It is now noon of the following day, nobody has showed up, and after numerous attempts to reach out, they have not responded. To top it off, I was also sent a bill for two pool cleanings last month when only one was ever done. I have tried to be patient and understanding for this company, and I held off giving a review to give them a chance, but this has been exhausting.

After being pushed off three times, they finally showed up very late and had a lot of excuses. Never once apologized and acting like he was doing me a favor by showing up. He told me the rate was $95 an hour. Arrived at a quarter till 3 and finished at 4:30 and charged me $300 for 3 hours. I Told them that it wasn't exactly 3hours and besides I only have $295. They wrote my receipt for $295. Before they left he hooked up my filter without any tools and all of the gaskets and lines are leaking. Not impressed at all with Imperial pool service.

They were very helpful and very professional

Fixed the hot tub. Was friendly. Wasn't the fastest getting quotes back and with follow up. Other than that- did a great job.

Responded quickly to complete the job.

I called them on January 24th. He called and asked for a credit card to order the part. He said it would take 3-4 days to receive the part. I have not heard back from him since and it is February 6th. I have called and left text messages and e-mails as we do not need the blower, but just the filter. I asked him to credit back the money onto my Discover card for the blower and am still waiting for him to do that!!! He has not returned my messages and/or phone calls. Not happy!!

They tried to fix problem over the phone before coming for a service call. Excellent work

They found the problem when others could not..! They know their business on pool heaters..
