false start but good finish

Bruce told me he would have the part in and install it on Thursday or Friday but I did not hear back from him at all until the next Tuesday when he was on his way over within the hour. When he arrived, I asked him how much the part cost and he said "less than $30." Then he wrote a charge for $41.50 for the part on the invoice. I had asked in our first phone conversation if the $85 service call fee would apply toward labor and he said yes but the invoice showed the service fee, labor and part. He was not here 2 hours total. I don't feel that the total bill was out of line, but wanted consistency.

The technician was knowledgable, diligent and thorough in his work. Highly recommended.

Exceptional quality and service. Lines were fixed in 100 degree heat and those two men did not complain once. I had to make them stop and rest, forcing very cold water on them. My pool is running perfectly and they did exactly what they said they would do. A++

Had a great experience with them. Had to make several trips to finally get it working but he did it. Very nice guy.

The gentleman came out to our house, looked at our hot tub and told us what was wrong with it. He was going to go back to his office, find the appropriate part and cost of part which needed replaced. He was going to call us as soon as he had the information. That was months ago. I still haven't heard from him and my schedule rarely allows extra time for me to do "extra". It's a shame because we would have hired him.

Bruce was very responsive and his follow through was very timely. He is very professional. I would have no difficulty in contacting him in the future for work on my hot tub and pool. I can recommend him and I plan to do so.

We have used their services in the past and will contiinue to do so in the future, They are quick and know what they are doing. No complaints here.

Prompt on time and did as they said they would. Did a good job at a reasonable price. Would call again.

Very quick response to my request. Scheduled the closing promptly and came on the promised day. The only glitch was that the service persons initially could not find our home. Perhaps mapquest would be helpful in the future. Nice overall job.

This company still has not comleted the repair on my hot tub: over 3 months now. I believe they jsut are not going to finish. You need to reevaluate this company

They were very prompt. The came out within days of answering my service magic request. They have only been to my home once, but so far so good.

They were quick to respond to my request and remedied the situation quickly. I did not have to be there either, which was very helpful for my schedule.
