I originally was disappointed in this company because I had scheduled with them and no one showed up. But I gave them a second chance. They said they had tried to call to reschedule so I had them come out. My pool is not completely done yet. But the people came out and seem very knowledgeable and very , very nice. I'm looking forward to having a nice working relationship with this company

I have 3 weeks trying to get these guys to work on my hot tub. They keep telling me tomorrow. If they dont want to do the work, just refund my money.

We called them out to look at our hot tub that was leaking at the pumps after a very mild winter. They quickly fixed the "O rings" but the tech didn't test his work as he was busy to get to his next job. When we checked the pumps 30 min after service tech left water poured out of pumps. Took them several days and phone calls to come back out to our house and assess the problem. Now they state our pumps may be cracked?? My husband can see that there is damage on the fitted part even though they said they "hand-tightened" it. Haven't heard from them since. When I do get a live voice, he acts annoyed that I and my husband have been calling. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now and not every day has been raining. Will not use Home Advisor again either to find services!

i was told over the phone the hot tub service call fee would be $85. I was charged $95. When I told the rep after calling him to let him know the leak was not fixed and mentioned the issue with the service fee charge, he said "whatver." The leak was attributed to a different leak source. The tech was very professional (Chris). I was disappointed the debris left inside the panels where not cleaned up. The other issue which I should have deducted a charge was there is a strip that covers a panel was broken. There is a large chunk missing on the bottom of the strip. I have a picture of the broken strip. I totally blew it on not deducting the charge for a replacement strip. Other than those issues from the service tech, I would recommend Chris to any other Pool & Spa organization. Working with the rep (whom I'm guessing is the owner) in the office. Nope.

i called them for one job and found out they could do another job too. they closed my pool and showed me everything they were doing. they were great

Imperial made an error in my billing. Billed me for 1-1/2 hours, instead of 45 minutes. When I called the company, they did correct the billing with some question. The work was done well, and quickly. The response to my original call was very quick.

Had both motors replaced on tub. Still having circulating issues. Bruce came out and said the motor was hooked up wrong and said he would be back out to fix it. Now 6 weeks later it's still not fixed and they won't answer or return my phone calls.

they don't answer their phone .the heat pump leaks. they were not on time. we cant get a hold of anybody at all now. overall very poor and unreliable company. would never use them again. whos gonna fix my heat pump now?
