Paula and her team are great to work with. I have used her services for several real estate transactions and will do so in the future. She is very professional, well organized, and looks out for her clients like a lioness guarding her cubs.
She worked with my wife and I for months trying to find a piece of property where we could build our dream home. Once we found the perfect site, and worked out a purchase price with the seller, the fun really began. Unfortunately, the property did not pass a perk test for a septic system due the fall required from the curtain drain. We loved the property and were devastated.
Paula and the seller, working closely with our builder were able to structure a drainage easement with a neighbor and now we are back on track.
The only negative thing is that Paula is in very high demand, and at times is a little hard to reach. However, her assistant Judy helps with communications and helps with the details so Paula can service her clients.

Teresa Moody was very helpful in finding our new home. We were looking for a fixer upper to work on until our retirement.
Other realtors would not event talk to us when they heard what we were looking for. Not only was Teresa very attentive with what we were looking for, she would go out of here way to go look at the property and assess it before telling us about it. This was very helpful as we lived 3 1/2 hours away. She called about a property just after it was listed. We purchased it in December.
I would recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy property in the New Albany/Louisville area.
