Infinity Concrete Inc

I had a patio poured and a driveway repair completed by Infinity Concrete. Within in 9 months, there were multiple holes in the patio. I contacted the owner multiple times via email and text (how we initially communicated) to come back. The concrete was supposed to be 4" deep. It was less than 1/8" in the spots where the holes surfaced. The owner, conveniently, ended up showing up to when I wasn't home and repaired the holes by filling them with epoxy. He accused me of putting ice melt/salt on the back patio which caused the holes. However, I would not salt my patio nor new concrete as I do not use my patio in the winter and I know better than to apply salt to new concrete. During the driveway pour, the large trucks cracked other portions of my driveway that were not being replaced. He indicated he would come back to repair. No can do. While the workmanship and quality was questionable, the owner (Nate May) was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He always answered my questions. Even his crew was made up of polite members. They also had the decency to clean up from both the concrete mess plus their own (cups, bottles, etc.)
