We spoke several times on the phone and communicated by email. Greg was thorough in the inspection and provided an excellent report that includes pictures and descriptions, safety and deficiency highlights in a summary, and a table of contents. It was easy to follow and he was available for questions that I had after receiving it. He actually reached out to me. I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Five Bugle.

Very well...I was very pleased with Greg...he was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. He provided the report before the end of day. The one issue he pointed out was something the current owner is able to take care of he explained what it was, why it had to be attended to and how to do it. The experience was very pleasent.
