Description of Work: My daughter-in-law took car in to be detailed was supposed to be done in 2.5 hours. got there at 1:30 and car wasn't ready until 6:30 pm. It was horrible they told me it was going to be later because the boss called and said they had to do another car before my daughter-in-law's car even though my car was there at its appointed time.

Description of Work: They did a very good job detailing my vehicle. It was clear they took their time and paid attention to detail. My only complaint is that I called to provide a few specific instructions and was not called back prior to the service being performed. That said, overall they were great and I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Used a coupon so a great price! The did a brilliant job. My seats were wet when the job was done so my only wish would have been that they provide a seat cover or they remind me so I would bring a towel.

Description of Work: I called to receive a refund. I am still looking into it to see if they actually gave me a refund. I found a MUCH better deal for the same provider on Groupon! I was NOT happy that, as a paying member of Angie's List, I could find a better deal on an outside service.

Description of Work: I called and made appt and specified I had children I had to pick up from school and they said no problem it takes about 3 hours. Dropped it off at 10 am and had a friend pick me up. Around 1 I called and didn't get an answer so my ride just dropped me off at shop. When I got there they said my car would be up next. I said its been sitting here for 3 hours? The woman was very rude and said we had a lot of cars here this morning. When I asked her what's the point of a 10:00 appt she was very rude again. As I was leaving I noticed a man picking up his freshly detailed bright red vintage truck and got even more angry because that truck came after I dropped off my car. I feel since it was a living social deal they didn't care when mine got done. Very unprofessional and called living social immediately to get my money back!

Description of Work: Called to say car was done. Went to pick it up and they were closed, before the time posted. Luckily my husband had an extra set of keys. I called the next day an the guy told me he had left my keys with the gas station next door! Too bad he forgot to tell me that, also I did not appreciate having my keys left with a stranger. I finally got the keys sent back to me in the mail after calling the main office. The work done on my car was just "ok". It smelled kind of strange and the seats were sticky. The work area was pretty nasty where they work on the vehicles. I would not recommend this place to anyone,

Description of Work: They did a complete auto detail, inside and out. The service went very well. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and they started the job right away and it was completed in about three hours. The result was impressive. The car looked pretty much brand new inside and out. Especially impressive were the floor mats. They looked very worn and dirty before the job. Afterward, they looked very nearly like new mats. My wife and I will continue to use Elite Auto Detailing in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased an additional service. The employers were extremely pleasant and competent. The work was excellent. My car was a 2006 model and had never been detailed. They had quite a job but it looked perfect. I also had to wait while the service was performed and they managed to get it done in a little under 2 hours which I appreciated.

Description of Work: I found it to be sub par for the price and what it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be a detailing and it was more like a good cleaning.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for interior auto detailing and exterior hand washing. It turned out really well.

Description of Work: They detailed my car inside and out. They did a very nice job. It was quite a mess after the winter. They got the salt out of the interior. They cleaned the consul area which was very dirty. My 6 year old car looks almost new. |My only concern was they did not call me when it was finished. I was very clear that I was waiting and made sure they had my contact. I was waiting at the mall which was walking distance away. As I walked by I noticed my car was outside. I called but no one picked up the call so I left a message. No one called me back so I walked over and was able to pick up my car. |It would have been a wonderful experience except for causing me to wait longer than was necessary.
