ELITE AUTO DETAILING

The work turned out fine and was done more quickly than we anticipated.

My children purchased a Groupon for Elite's Diamond Interior and Exterior detail of my car. On August 12, I called to schedule a date to have my car detailed. They asked whether I purchased a Groupon to have my car detailed. When I told them that I did have a Groupon, they then gave me a date the last week of October. This is over 10 weeks away. When I asked if I had not purchased a Groupon how soon could I get my car in for detailing; they told me it would be early September. Quite a difference. I would not recommend Elite particularly a Groupon from them. The person I spoke with sounded as if she could not get off the phone fast enough with me. When I said I would return the Groupon she did not seem to care. If Elite is going to continue to offer Groupon's then they should only sell the amount within their limited capacity. One last item, when I would call and leave messages they were poor in returning phone calls. I ended up calling back a few times before I spoke with anyone.

Poor customer service, poor communication Car was not clean nor close to a detail Brought it back in they literally wet the chairs just to say they went over it without wipes anything down. They don't know what clean is

The service was outstsnding. We loved the job they did with each vehicle. They cleaned our Lexus, Hummer and a Ford 500. It was a Complete Auto Detailing Package. Total cost for all 3 was $297.00. The only thing that wasn't their fault was the fact that the day we picked up the vehicles it was raining. They did such a beautiful job with the inside it made up for the rain. Of course you could still tell that the outside had been cleaned. The staff was very nice and accommodating seeing how we had three vehicles versus one. They were able to schedule the cleanings at the same time which made it convenient for us. We would absolutely use this company again.

Still waiting on a callback. It's hard to communicate with them.

Overall, I was quite displeased. I will not return.

Couldn't be more satisfied regardless of price, but that price was great. Less than half what I have paid for similar work.

I met my daughter here to get her car detailed inside and it was supposed to take 3 hours. They called 1 1/2 hours later and said the vehicle was ready. I was shocked but they said they had 2 people working so that's how they got done so quick. We got there and looked inside the vehicle and the floor boards were SOAKING wet, the seats were wet, there was a stain in the back seat that would come out because when I rubbed my hand a crossed it the stain was on my fingers , there was condensation on the windows and not to mention it didn't look like they detailed it. I politely told the lady at the front desk and she said they will pull it back in and take care of it. Quickly she calls us back up there to say its ready and that they took care of the seats and stain. I said what about the floorboards. She said I'm sorry I misunderstood you I will have him extract more water from the seats and floor boards. Quickly again she called us back up and said he is pulling the car around now. I said did he by chance wipe the condensation off of the windows and she said no just turn on your defrost and also turn the heat on to dry your floors and crack the windows if your car will be in a garage at night to dry it out. We went outside to look at the car and the guy got out of it and didn't say a word to us. I looked in the car and it was still horrible . I had somewhere to be and not to mention I was mad so I told my daughter lets go I will take care of it. My daughter called me that evening said the windows hadn't even been cleaned, the cracks and crevices were horrible, there were still stains and the car smelled bad. I looked on their website and emailed the owner Ryan that evening at 10:32pm and explained the situation to him and said that I would like to give him a chance to fix the problem before I give them a bad review and tell everyone I know not to do business with them. Eric ( I have no idea who that is ) responded 1/26/2015 and was apologetic and said he would like to get the car back in there to redo it and it would take 3 hours. it was hard to schedule a date because they do not have detailers there everyday. I scheduled it on Feb 20th to take it back and unfortunately had to reschedule it to Feb 24th @ 3pm due to my work hours changing. Eric said that was fine but then stated that now due to time lapsing it is going to a be a complete redo not just a correction. I emailed him back and said I appreciate him letting me reschedule and that I will definitely be there. I also reminded him that this was Never to be a correction it was to be a complete redo and it is to take 3 hours and if he wanted I could forward him the emails. He said that is not necessary and he would see me on the 24th. So my daughter took the car in on the 24th at 3pm and was to pick it up at 6pm and she said they were rude and short with her. The lady called her at 5pm and said your car is done and the keys are in it under the floor mat we close at 5pm so you can pick it up whenever. My daughter called me and I was SO upset. How RUDE to tell someone it will take 3 hours and it took and then to close and leave the keys in the car. So we picked up the car and it was not done good again and of course they were gone. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone I know how rude and horrible their service is.

I couldn't be happier I have cloth seats in a Ford Escape 2008. Stuff I didn't think they could get out they did. I was shocked when I saw my car! It was brand new again. They squeezed me in on a packed schedule. The front desk folks were so nice! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. At the end of survive they made a great suggestion to scotch gaurd to help me manage my toddlers spills in the back.

Everything went fine, and they did a great job. The people were very kind, and they offered me the discounted rate for next time as well, which I appreciated.

It was good. They did a good job. The carpets and everything were all clean.

Had to change my appointment couple of times, with notice, and they were very accomadating. They told me ahead that it could take up to 4-5 hours so bring a book or Castleton Square is across street. It took less than 3 hours and they called my cell when done. They did a very good job on all interior surfaces: dash, seats, steering wheel & column, carpet, visors, door trim and handles. Outside was attended to just as thuroughjly as the inside.

Chipped paint on door of NEW truck. Left mess of application fluid on truck doors. Why would you hire a detailer that would do this? At this point, it is unknown if the actual tint application is good because the tint needs to cure several days before this is known.

It was great. The scheduling was fine.

They were prompt and courteous with scheduling the appointment. However, when my husband and son showed up to drop off the car no one was there. They showed up to open the store a half hour later. When they went back to pick up the car, there were several places that had not been cleaned. My husband showed them the areas, and they were responsive and promptly cleaned them. However, there shouldn't have been anything needing cleaned since it was supposed to have been detailed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased It was great. They did a nice job. They brought my 2 year old van back to showroom condition. I did not spend any more. I took the auto to them.

everything went fine quality wasn't as good as last time. windows were smeary, cleaning was with a spray and spray areas not wiped. The storage areas between front seats still had sticky stuff left and spray wasn't wiped up well.

I had purchased a big deal and the service went well. The services were okay, I have had my car detailed at another place that I prefer, but they did a decent job. I disliked that they used a lot of Armor All and it made it sticky. The work turned out good in the end. The interactions with them were fine.

They did a wonderful job. The car had not been cleaned on the inside in about 10 years so it was quite dirty. Everything on the inside looks brand new! I am so impressed at how fantastic they did and they completely exceeded my expectaions. They moved the seats to vaccum and shampoo underneath them. They even cleaned and polished every crevis and nook, including the metal that is usually covered by the door. The car looks like we just took it off the lot from the dealership and it's 10 years old! I would highly recommend, they are awesome!

It was fine. They were easy to schedule with and did a good job.
