Only shop in here if you have time to waste and patience to deal with poor customer service and attitudes. Customer service is super slow! We were accosted by a female associate for asking if the store provided complimentary masks. She asked if we knew how many customers they had and how unrealistically providing free masks would be! We shared that other stores with a high volume of customers do provide complimentary masks. She became more aggressive as we talked and when the manager arrived he was useless in controlling his employee!

They are a big company. The sink came in broken. Everything else was pretty good. Their customer service was fine. They need better shipping quality.

It was wonderful, I had no problems with them. The young man did a very good job.

The man I placed the order with asked me many relevant questions which I hadn't thought of until he asked.  He pointed out why the door that I had selected would not quite function as I had in mind and we changed the model.  The door arrived before the date they said it would be there.  It was very well packaged with no damaged to either glass or wood. 

Once we got it home, it was easy to install, even without consulting directions.  Very user friendly.

It was good to realize that all of the special features and options I had asked for were incorporated into this door.  It makes a beautiful, updated addition to our house!

Great, and easy to return that which does not work!

The person in the lighting department was very friendly and very helpful. She told me exactly what I needed and exactly how to install the lighting fixtures that I purchased.

ORDERING PROCESS, DELIVERY WENT VERY WELL. PLACED MY ORDER FOR A 21 X 15 DECK PRECISELY WHERE I WANTED IT ON MY DRIVEWAY. HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THE LUMBER WAS PRETTY BAD. LOTS OF KNOTS, BARK EDGES, AND BOWED LENGTHS. I NEEDED A FEW MORE LENGTHS TO FINISH THE JOB, SO I WENT TO LOWES. I PAID PROBABLY 7-9% MORE FOR THE LUMBER AT LOWES, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT-THE LUMBER FROM THERE LOOKED PERFECT.

WE WENT TO MENARD'S FOR A 12' LADDER AND CAME HOME WITH MORE THAN EXPECTED. MENARD'S PRICES WERE BETTER THAN THOSE WE'D SEEN AT THE NEARBY LOWE'S. LOWE'S DIDN'T CARRY ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, BUT WE HADN'T EVEN INTENDED TO BUY ONE THAT NIGHT. SO MUCH FOR OUR INTENTIONS. WE LEFT MENARD'S WITH A $300 SCOOTER. AS IT TURNED OUT, THE SCOOTER WAS JUST FINE, BUT MY SON DIDN'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED. WE ENDED UP RETURNING THE SCOOTER, BUT IT WAS THE WAY MENARD'S HANDLED THE RETURN THAT WAS SO REMARKABLE. THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS ASKED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF "IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT?" I LOVE WHEN A COMPANY WANTS CUSTOMERS TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND ALSO STANDS BEHIND THAT POLICY. WE USED TO ONLY SHOP LOWES, BUT NOW WE'LL ALWAYS SHOP MENARD'S AS WELL. THEY WERE TOP NOTCH.

HELPFUL STAFF. RETURNED PURCHASED KITCHEN SINK AFTER GOT HOME DUE TO COLOR NOT EXACTLY MATCHING COUNTER TOP AS THOUGHT IT WOULD. NO PROBLEM WITH RETURN & REFUND.

VERY REASONABLE WITH RESPECT TO A BAD CHOICE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER--RELATIVELY UNINFORMED AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND THE STANCE OF MENARDS WAS THAT THEIR SALESPERSON SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE INFORMATIVE AT TIME OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
