Mike is timely, knowledgable, and a skilled electrician. Originally, he put canned lights in our dining room. We were so pleased with his work that we just hired him again to put canned lights in our vaulted ceiling living room. He does a great job and we will hire him again when we get to redecorating our office.

Mike was great to work with. Easy to schedule and very punctual. We had a panel that had not been properly installed, so Mike fixed it, put in a new box and it looks fantastic (and safe!) now. He also repaired our outdoor outlets. He was knowledgeable, worked fast and friendly. We will definitely use him in the future!

The bedroom switch was replaced quickly and works fine. I called about the outdoor light because it was causing light bulbs to burn out after one day. Mike replaced the light fixture and it appeared to be working when he left. The cost for this visit was $125 which I thought was very reasonable since it included the cost of the new fixture. I was surprised to notice two days later that the light was no longer working. To make sure it was the fixture and not a bad package of bulbs, I tried a couple more bulbs with the same result. I called Mike and told him what was happening and he came out and checked the fixture and told me this was a fairly common problem that should be resolved by replacing 120 volt bulbs with 130 volt bulbs. I did that and, so far, the new bulbs are working. I was charged $50 for this visit. I understand that an electrician's time is valuable but since he knew immediately what the problem most likely was, it seems to me that he could have told me over the phone to try changing the voltage of the light bulb to see if that worked. $50 seems like a lot to pay for the advice to try a different bulb.

Mike was great! He showed up on time and fixed everything very quickly and explained exactly why they weren't working.

I contacted Mike and he got back to within an hour. Luckily, he had an opening the same day. He showed up bang on time. Did a great job installing a new ceiling fan and remote. He was great to work with even though he was only at the property for a very short time. Super professional, very courteous, nothing was to much. I was so impressed I asked him to quote for further much bigger work. It's hard to find a trust worthy, honest , reliable electrician; I am pleased that I've now found my go to. Reluctantly, I'm reviewing Mike here as A++++++, I just hope my new go to is still available after this review. Great work Mike. Keep busy. Don't shop around readers, this guy is great... Circuit breaker kept tripping on post light. Mike had to dig up entire line to house to find multiple potential sources of problem. Previous work by someone else was done poorly. Took Mike several hours to repair problem. Light works fine now.

I did not end up needing the service call as Mike's troubleshooting suggestions resolved the issue. I appreciated his helpfulness over the telephone and ability to schedule an appointment (ultimately cancelled) quickly.

For some time we have been having issues with our water heater. We had a plumber recently look at it and he felt like it was an electrical issue since the breaker kept tripping. We purchased a deal off of Angie's List for an electrical inspection from another electrician to have everything looked at and after they inspected the panel for a total of maybe 5 minutes I was told that we needed the panel completely replaced, that they would upgrade us to a 200 amp panel with home surge protection and that it would be over $2000. Since we were having no other issues and our house was not that old I felt I was being given a sales pitch and kindly told them no thank you. I decided I would get a second opinion and then yesterday we woke up with no hot water. I first called the plumber who could not be out until after 5:00 and figured there was no time like the present to call an electrician for a second opinion on the electrical situation. I spoke to Mike on the phone directly and he and his tech were able to be at my house within a couple of hours. They thoroughly looked over everything electrically with the water heater and the electrical panel. Not only were they able to determine that the issue was definitely with the water heater but they also informed me that the electrical panel did not need replaced, is perfectly safe and is in fact already a 200 amp panel. They explained everything so that it was very easy to understand and when the plumber arrived I was armed with information. The water heater actually needed replaced and it was still under warranty. Thank you to Inger Electric for their honesty and saving us a couple thousand dollars. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry. He came with a helper, and replaced a fluorescent fixture on a 10' ceiling. His work was thorough and professional, and he took the time to make sure that the fixture was mounted parallel to the walls, as structure around it tended to skew its position. I would use Mike again, and recommend him to friends. His Angie's list coupon made this a very good deal.

Amazing! I've never had a better experience. Mike came to look at the work I needed done the same day I called. He offered a great price for the work, including a coupon I didn't know about. He recommended a certain brand of ceiling fan for quality. The price was excellent. He came on time, got the work done efficiently and effectively. We are very happy with the work! I will always call him in the future and recommend him to all my friends.

Michael came out to give a quote and based on his experience/type of work (we had crown molding and beams in our family room), he referred us to a carpenter to support his work. We had to do some coordinating to get the carpenter to come in the same timeframe as his work- and they both tried to find time that fit with our family vacation. He was very responsive and adaptable. he was very forthright about the process, easy to work with and ultimately did a great job.

Mike is really professional and he completed the work quickly and well. He arrived right on the dot at 8am, completed the work in a couple of hours and actually came in under the estimated price. When my husband fitted the fans that weekend, we had questions and Mike responded immediately to my texts, even late on Saturday evening. Very responsive and willing to help. Will definitely use him again for any electrics work in our house. Thank you!

When sweeping, I heard a pop and everything in the bathroom and bedroom electrical stopped working. I tried the circuit breaker and checked everything that was easy. I called Mr. Inger on Saturday morning, and he had me try basic things before he came out to investigate so that we wouldn't be charged for something easy. When that failed, even though it was his day off, he came to our house in 15 minutes. He tried many things and finally found a loose wire in a bad receptacle. When he replaced that, I asked him about a switch in the garage and he promptly fixed that for us too. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Inger and his assistant arrived promptly and went straight to work finishing the project very efficiently. Mr. Inger is not only a meticulous planner but installer. Noticing that one of the breakers was extremely loose - it fell out of place when touched - he replaced it. The new line needed to be located on a different wall than the breaker box and they did an excellent job opening the wall and leaving it in a condition that will be quite easy to repair. Upon completion he tested everything and then cleaned up the area in which he was working leaving it as clean as it was when he arrived. This is an electrician who has been in the business for quite a few years and his workmanship and efficiency reflect not only a skilled tradesman but very considerate person. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We had a kitchen chandelier hanging by the electrical cord. Mr. Inger came within 2 hours od my calling him and took the light fixture down. VERY prompt service.

Mike is a fantastic electrician. He does great lighting design. My entire house has always been dark with a few oddly placed can lights and small lamps have never cut it. There were some ceiling lights but they were dated and not the best layout. Mike redesigned the entire ceiling can light layout and installed and adjusted all the can lights. He even reused some of my existing eyeball lights by adding new surrounds, so they look new and adjusting them so they worked better for me. I have recommended Inger Electric to friends and co-workers. Mike is an utmost professional. He is punctual and when he shows up for the job, he is there to get it done right. Inger is my go-to Electrician for sure.

Excellent from start to finish, we have used Mike in the past ( a year ago he replaced our electrical panel and installed lights in some bedrooms) we have had no problems at all with any of the work Mike has done for us so we didn't hesitate to hire him again and will hire him in the future as we continue to get the rest of our house updated. Our under cabinet lighting is great, I love the fact that we don't have to have all the lights on at the same time, thankfully we took Mike's advice on that and didn't go with the LED strip. I have an older house built in 1972 that was up for sale. During the inspection process the items above were noted. I contacted Mike and he quickly came out to see what had to be done. Very professional and knowledgeable; walked around and explained what had to be done to correct the problems, and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the job and Mike arrived promptly. The power to the house had to be cut off for 4 to 5 hours. We arranged for Mike to call me at a friend's house shortly before the job would be completed. He called and by the time we got home he was finishing up. Walked around and showed me the work that he had done. Mike did a great job; all of the jobs that Mike completed met the requirements of the re-inspection.

I called Mike kinda last minute I needed to get my oven range flush against the wall before my granite guy came in 3days. I took a chance and called his cell at 8:30am her answered and was on his way to a job on the other side of town but said he would come by afterward . He txt me when he was on his way and he fixed the problem in about an hour. Mike is a good problem solver! His price was amazing and i would recommend him to everyone who needs electrical work done!

I contacted Inger Electric company to ask for a quote for some electrical work that we needed done at our house. Mike set up an appointment to visit our house so he could give us a quote. He arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done. We agreed on a day that he could come do the work. Mike and his co-worker arrived on time to install the fans and wire our house for the lights. Upon his arrival he explained every step that he was going to take. Mike and his co-worker were very nice. If he needed to do something different than what we talked about he would let me know before he began the work. We ran into a small problem in one of our bedrooms, but he did everything he could to minimize the damage that had to be created in the wall so we could get power to that room. After they completed the work, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house in the state it was in when they arrived. I will definitely be using Inger electric for any electrical work that needs done to my house. He was not the most expensive and he was also not the cheapest. I chose to use him for the job because of his professionalism and his great attitude.

Mike did an outstanding job. Very prompt. Cleaned up well after the job. Very skilled at evaluating issues or challenges and coming up with solutions. Mike is a very experienced electrician. Will definitely be using again.

Mike and his assistant, Vlad, were very efficient and got the job done in one day with minimal disruption. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves, and did the work with real attention to appearance and detail. Mike was prompt in coming by to give an estimate and worked with us on the date we needed the work done. Everything went according to plan. We had three estimates and the others were not even close. We look forward to using Mike in the future.

I had a very small job for him to do, but I was very impressed with Mike. He got me right on his schedule. He let me know he was on his way to my house and arrived about 10 minutes later to do the work. Very prompt, professional and very nice.. I will be using him as my electrician from now on. Extremely reasonable.
