Was very efficient, quick and knew what he was doing. Listened to what I needed and fixed the problem. Had to come back with the right size fuse/amp thing and arrived when he said he would. Did a good job. I would hire again.

Mike showed up on time for the estimate appointment and was curteous. He read the documentation I provided him from the hot tub seller and he seemed like he knew exactly what needed to be done. After speaking about the details he quoted the price which I thought was reasonable compared to the other quotes I had recieved. We scheduled the work to be done a week late. I wanted it done sooner, but could tell he was busy and in demand which to me was a good sign. He showed up on time the day of the job. His work seemed like good quality to me and we have had no problems at all. He did a good job running the wiring through the basement and attaching it to the floor joists and making sure the wire didn't touch the pipes. We will be calling him again for another job we have in mind. A couple things I didn't like was that he didn't clean up after the drilling. He had to make holes in the garage wall to get the wire in the basement., He also had to drill through the brick to get the wire outside through the basement. The breaker box was not re-labled and calking was not performed around the new exlectrical box outside for the hot tub.

He gave me a very reasonable estimate and did a really nice job. Very pleasant man and honest. He explained the job very well before starting and why his ideas of placement were different from my own. Overall, I was very pleased.

Prior to choosing Mr. Inger we had several companies gives us estimates to ground some outlets and install lighting in our bedroom closets. Of those who gave us estimates Mr. Inger was the only one to actually open up one of our electrical outlets to see what needed to be done and to give us the most accurate estimate possible. When he was explaining what needed to be done he brought a book along with illustrations, so that we fully understood what he was going to do. In regards to the closet lights he went out of his way to explore all the options possible. The morning the work was to be done he was very prompt and courteous.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. Mike's work is top of the line, but is extremely well priced. He showed up to complete the work we'd talked through, but was very open to making sensible adjustments based on our preferences. Mike was very detailed and thorough with us from the beginning. He explained every option very thoroughly and even did a few trial runs to see how we liked the different options. It was a complex install given that it was on the main level of a 3 story house, so he was limited to working within the confines of the joists running between the floors. He was very professional in how he assessed which way the joists were running without leaving an permanent damage. The additional 2-plug outlet he replaced in the garage was a simple conversation where we'd happen to mention our freezer had a tendency to get tripped and shut off. He knew right away that the type of outlet we had up there was susceptible to that type of thing so he replaced it at no charge. We've not had a problem in the 6 months since he replaced it. Small gestures like this go a long way for me as it demonstrates he is more concerned about customer satisfaction than squeezing every dollar out of you like some companies. We sprung several things on him last minute and he had no problems working with us. He even ran to Menard's with me to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for on one of the dimmer switches. He even came all the way back out the next day when we experienced a minor issue with the dining room dimmer. Just an all around great experience. We'll definitely be looking to Mike for any electrical needs in the future.

Mike was fantastic. I had him out for an estimate. I had a ballpark idea of what a good price would be according to a contractor who is doing windows for me. Mike was well under what my "good" price would be. In speaking with Mike that day I felt comfortable that he was going to do a quality day. I set a date for install. Mike was on time. He went through what he was going to do. In getting into everything he noticed our electrical box wasn't grounded properly. He only charged $40 more to remedy this. He easily could have said it was a $200 add on and I wouldn't have known the difference. I left for work while Mike worked. After I got back home from work, Mike came back over and we labeled the new electrical box together. Mike was thorough. He's not one of those guys that just does the minimum to get the job done. You can expect Mike will make sure that what he does is to the highest standard and is done with your safety in mind. If he notices that something wasn't done properly and he is able to fix it without tearing out drywall etc., he will do it without charging you an arm and a leg. For those of you with an older home like mine, you don't want someone who is going to do the minimum. I couldn't be happier with the work Mike did. The great price made it all the better.

This happened right in the middle of the cooking process, and we were extremely disappointed. I called few electricians from Angie's List, but did not get clear answer about what might has happened and what time they can come over and take a look at the problem. Mike was the only person who identified possible reason of electrical failure over the phone and was able to come over very shortly. His price was very reasonable and significantly lower that estimates I received from alternative sources. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the problem was not straight forward, he quickly figured out what had happened. It was not just the GFC that went bad. The GFC burned out because one of the other outlets had some kind of internal short circuit. There is no way I would be able to find it myself. Mike, on the other hand, quickly fixed the problem and replaced both GFC and the outlet. He maintained high quality of all the work. For example, he noticed that one of the outlet boxes does not sit properly in the wall so he went ahead and adjusted it. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with Mike's service. Whenever we have next electrical issue he will be our man.

The job involved climbng around in the attic and garage.The area was blocked off with stored items, and a trip back (after some shuffling of stored items,) and finished the job.

The overhead light in my kitchen is important as the major source of light, so I needed a repair quickly. Michael was able to schedule an appt within 24 hrs of my call and even was able to call ahead an move up the appt an hour or so. He was very professional, efficient, and very fair in pricing. Aside from the labor cost, he only charged me the cost of the parts to him. I will definitely use Inger Electronics in the future.

Mike was efficient, helpful & informative and per Angie's list coupon waived the trip fee. He noticed a dimmer switch on our counter that my husband planned to install later and said "if you have any trouble, call me and I'll walk you through it". That's above and beyond normal customer service! We will definitely call Mike again.

Mike had to dig an electrical line in next our driveway for a light. It is maybe 100 feet long and he put the line in conduit. He dug by had so as not to disturb my landscaping.

He is fantastic, showed up quickly, and did a very honest, reasonably priced and thorough job

Overall it was a great experience. They pinpointed the problem and didn't due anything more to cause extra expense.

I called Inger Electric because we had recently had a whole house humidifier installed by another company and despite conversations with the heating/air company who installed it, I felt it was not installed properly. Mike Inger, the owner of Inger Electric, came out within 30 minutes to look at it and a few other electrical things we needed done (installing a ceiling fan and installing a remote control on an existing ceiling fan). He was so thorough, took notes, explained things to me in a detailed way I could understand. He said he needed to check on a few things and get back to me and called me back with answers within 30 minutes of leaving our house. The heating/air co. had indeed not installed the humidifier according to code and had left us with a potential fire hazard. I had completely lost trust in the heating co. and chose to let Mike perform the installation the proper way. Mike's prices were reasonable, he is thorough, prompt and cleaned up when he was done. He has something I find rare these days - personal integrity in his work. I was so relieved to find a company that I didn't have to monitor every minute. I immediately felt complete trust in Mike's abilities. About a week later, I had to call Mike back about using the remote control he installed. Again, he immediately came over - right then! I thought that was amazing service!! I would definately use Inger again and would suggest them to my friends.

Mike came to us on the recommendation of our plumber who had some concerns about our wiring. He was very responsive and worked fast. He gave us good advice so we could make the best choices for our needs. He works very quickly and will tell you if there is anything else you need to be concerned about. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We would absolutely hire him again. Tradesmen like him are hard to find.

It was great. He did really good work, exactly what he said he would do. There were some changes we wanted and he came back out a few days later to make those changes, no problems and he was really easy to work with.

We really, really like Mike. He’s very trustworthy, reliable, and honest. He’s always on time. He referred me to a person to help with the light selection, which was someone who was very knowledgeable. We are very pleased. This is the only electrician my husband wants to use.

Originally, I wasn’t happy with the service. He did, however, come out and re-do the work. He did a very nice job the second time, and charged me a lesser price.

Overall, the experience was fine. Mike arrived on time, did what he said he would do, and was efficient. We’ve used his services a few times. I’m happy with their services.
