He was great. He was really thoughtful and caring. He explains everything and walks you through. He sticks to his price and if there’s going to be anything extra, he will let you know up front.

Mike provides excellent service. I left a message on the weekend and he called me on Sunday to see if we could solve the problem over the phone. When he needed to come out he was prompt and worked quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. I will use him for all my electrical needs.

I really enjoyed working with Mike. His charges are quite reasonable and quality of work, good. Most of all I liked his forthright and accommodating nature. We needed to get some lines reworked for a new gas range/oven installation. The latter project turned out to be somewhat complex. The existing space into which the new range/oven needed to be fitted was tight; the arrangement of range/oven and the related cords/adapters needed to be very precise. Ultimately we got the work done by the contractor who installed the appliances, but I have to say that Mike was very accommodating of the process we went through to sort things out. He made a couple of courtesy visits to brainstorm with the installer, and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend him.

I called him Wednesday and he came in 2 days. He was really nice, professional and very efficient. I loved him! He also came exactly when he said he would.

This is the third time we have used Mike, he did such a great job replacing the electric panel in our new house, that we called him back to install ceiling lights in two rooms where there were no existing lights. Now we needed work done in our old house in order to sell it we didn't even contemplate calling anyone else, Mike came and did the work at short notice so closing wouldn't be held up. Thanks Mike, we really appreciate you and the quality of your work!

Mike stopped by to see what I needed. Set up a time to do work and gave me an estimate. Showed up when promised, did work perfectly and professionally and charged less than estimate. Excellent electrician. Will use again

This time Mike only needed to do a small job for me but I have used Mike many times and have found him to be extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the field. Our house has aluminum wiring and I was ready to do a complete home rewire but Mike explained that as long as we switched out all of the outlets and switch plates with the properly rated ones and had them wired correctly we could save some money and a lot of mess. It was not a cheap job but I was very happy with the result. Mike also changed our entry line and panel for us after another company completely botched the job and almost burned our house down. I trust Mike implicitly.

To isolate the problem, Michael Inger, owner, advised me, over the phone, to unplug all items in the 3 rooms and to reset the circuit breaker. The breaker popped off again, meaning the problem was in the circuit and not a plugged in device. I called Michael back to schedule a repair date. We were both busy the next business day but he was available the following morning after that. He arrived promptly, examined all outlets & switches, one at a time, with the circuit breaker off and then on, to isolate the source of the short. In all, he spent nearly two hours on site (not counting the 1/2 hour telephone conversation), and replaced four outlets & switches. Michael was the fastest worker I have ever dealt with! And his service charge was very reasonable. He definitely has earned the Super Service Award.

Mike Inger was very reponsive to our initial contact and inquiry. He came prepared for anything and provided quick efficient solution to a problem we have had for years. His solution was simple, inexpensive and worked immediately. I had a few follow up questions for him via text message late Friday evening after service and he responded immediately and clearly helping me understand how the improvements operated when changing from daylight to dusk to dark. I had Mike look at a couple of sockets in my basement that did not have power. After tracing the 4 or 5 sockets that he determined that the original homeowner had never had them connected to the house power switchboard. Mike advised me on how to configure the basement power if I decided to convert the space into a home office including common mistakes and shortcuts that those that set up home offices. Inger Electric is now our home electrician for everything we do. I will gladly refer friends and neighbors to Mike Ingram in the future.

Wonderful. So responsive that he replied to my message on Angie's List site within a couple of hours in the evening. When the new problem came up, he was back to help the next day.

He showed up on the dot; worked intensively with a very old system; and worked very efficiently despite running into multiple structural barriers. Now things are running much better! and I fell like previous fire hazards have been corrected.

We always call Ingersol for all electrical issues. He has also done all canned lights in our house and getting ready to call him again to do more work. He is always quick to respond. Very quick at getting the work done and has provides ideas and solutions to issues we had problems with other providers.

All went well and the problem was fixed the same day.

Mike is extremely professional. He even labeled the new electric box with the rooms that corresponded to the circuit breakers. We found his prices reasonable and his work excellent. We will always call Mike for our electrical needs.

I moved to Carmel approximately a year ago and I have been looking for an electrician that does quality work at a reasonable price. I have found this in Inger Electric. Michael is punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options in detail which allowed me to make an educated decision. I very much liked how his estimates include materials. He also has a number of other contractors he works with to achieve any result you are looking for. I continue to recommend him to friends/family, and I look forward to using his service again when needed at my own home.

Very well. I had called the day before and he scheduled the appointment April 1, 2014. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote within a few minutes. He was able to perform the work immediately the completed the job within a few hours.

Work was fine. They have done other work on same home in past, always satisfactory.

After checking the electrical problem that I was having, from the electric dryer back to the panel box, Mike found that one side of the double breaker was bad. So I decided to have him replace both breakers. Mike was right on schedule and very professional in completing the work. He also did a nice job of explaining what was going on with that circuit.

.Wanted to get new smoke detectors that didn't "chirp" every year or so when the battery needed replacing. This was not only annoying, but a difficult maneuver because of the locations of the detectors. Happily, they now have detectors that can use lithium batteries with a 10 year life span. Mike handled the job perfectly -- we can now forget the darned things, unless,of course, we have a fire. For any of our future electrical problems, Mike Inger will be the 1st we call.

The job went very well. Michaeal was very helpful. He did the work quickly and effectively. Great job. Will use him again.
