Description of Work: Eric Hanson set a scheduled install. He requested pictures of the service pole. He then said I would need to contact the electric company to disconnect the electricity. Then I would need to get an approval and work permit from the city. Then I would need to replace the whole service pole equipment. With that information I chose to not have the outlet installed. Eric was very kind courteous and helpful.

Description of Work: Installed new 200 amp Circuit Breaker Box. Upgraded the outside meter and related parts. Replaced Dryer Power cord and added conduit for easier access to this outlet. Installed new 240 Volt power line and receptacle for Kitchen Range. Eric Hanson and crew are a treat to work with. He does not take short cuts and does quality work.

Description of Work: I have been using Eric for years and cannot say enough great things about him. A few weeks ago I needed to install a ceiling fan in a rental and the tenant was moving in on Monday. I started the job on Saturday and realized that whoever switched over the old wiring (not Eric) didn't replace the box containment box above the old fixture. They just had wires coming from the attic into the room. I called Eric for advice, he stopped by on that same day and helped me switch out the fixture and install a new containment box for the wiring so the house would be safe. He charged me for an hour of work on a Saturday night at 6pm. That is why we don't consider calling anyone else when it comes to our electrical needs.

Description of Work: Eric was incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable and prompt. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor, handyman, etc. We brought him in to remove and old chandelier and replace it with a different one. He diagnosed an issue which required additional support for the new, heavier fixture to be installed from the attic. The space was an open 2 story foyer area requiring a larger ladder. He could not have don't anything at all better. He was supposed to be at house at 8am and when it was 8:02, he called and said he is about 3 minutes away. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself to the point that you would never know he was even there. As a bonus, he even played his mandolin for our 3 1/2 year old son who has been talking about the experience ever since. Super nice guy. highly recommend and would definitely use him again!

Not only that he had a good sense of humor and did not put down our knowledge of the issues. We will defiantly call him in the future with all our needs.

Description of Work: We were experiencing a circut breaker issue. Eric was out for illness but explained who thought he could talk us through checking the circuits. He said if that didn't work he would have an alternate person come out. All turned out fine. He gave us great assistance and advice over the phone. Will definitely utilize him in the near future.
