We are a nuisance wildlife control company. We remove all wildlife from homes and businesses, repair the entry holes, remove the feces, and disinfect contaminated areas. We guarantee all of our work and we have several service techs. We have been in business for 5 years.

"Not to be trusted! Charged $200 to come out and give an estimate. This is not communicated on their website or when you call to schedule. He gave me an estimate for $2800 to remove bats and seal off access to my attic. I got a second opinion from Critter Control and they told me there were not even bats in my attic, that they were actually on the outside of my house. Critter Control didn't even charge me for coming out and inspecting."

Chimney Sweep questions, answered by experts

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.

Clean the outside of your home at least once a year. If you live in an area with salty sea air, high levels of pollen, or an abundance of leaves in the fall, it's helpful to wash it at least two times a year. Frequent cleanings will allow you to remove debris and pests before they flourish into infestations, or cause mold and mildew.

Risks include slipping, shingle damage, or chemical misuse. Professionals ensure safety and proper procedures to minimize these hazards.

Roof cleaning is typically necessary annually, although homes in moist or heavily polluted areas may require more frequent service to prevent buildup.

While DIY cleaning is feasible, it's risky without proper equipment or experience. Hiring professionals ensures safety and effectively avoids damage.
