The unit I purchased from usa providers, inc back in February of 2011, broke down under warranty. I emailed the company, (usa providers, inc), They finally got back to me in about two weeks and asked me my address so that they can look up my info. They did not get back to me as they said they would so I emailed them again about four times. They finally emailed me back and said they would ship the part that had broken under warranty. That was back in November. I have not received anything from them and I have emailed them several times but they will not get back to me. I have called their phone number quite a few times but it only rings and rings. No one ever answers. The warranty on this ice crusher expires in February and so I believe this company is stalling until the warranty runs out. Even if they do send the part to me, which I very much doubt that they will, I will still never ever do business with usa providers, inc again. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
