Description of Work: I will refer and use again. Rich was very professional, punctual, had good communication, was focused and completed the job perfectly. Don't go somewhere else. Price was competitive as well!

Description of Work: Replacement of an outlet. I appreciate how he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: I got really good service, a good deal of listening to my thoughts about the issues, and wonderful advice from the contractor. He advised me to head to the local Home Depot to pick up the right part, which was a very affordable, and installed it for me. In the meantime he put in some light fixtures and added to switch for the fixtures that needed a new switch in a new location. I just really liked him. Very trustworthy, very helpful, and very competent. He even cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: I wanted Custom Power to track down the circuit for an outside outlet but changed my mind. Instead, I had them install an additional outlet into my furnace room. Rich called before he came and completed what I wanted quickly. Rich was personable and professional and I would definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Rich was very responsive when I contacted him to schedule post buying the Angie's list deal of $150 for two hours of electrical work. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job overall. I had him install a ceiling light fixture that required piping the wire through a tight ceiling space, not an easy job. The only negative was that the appointment was scheduled for 9AM. I received a call at 8:45am from Rich that he was at my house waiting. I arrived a few minutes before 9AM to let him in and had him start the work. He ended up charging me for the half hour that he was waiting when he showed up early and he also tacked on 30 minutes to the end, 15 minutes when were just talking and then he left 15 minutes short of the hour. The end result is that even though there was not more than two hours of electrical work, he ended up charging me an additional hour on top of the deal I had bought at a rate of $75/hour. I let it go figuring he rounds up to the whole hour and didn't feel like arguing and feeling cheap, but I was a bit disappointed. I would have been at my house earlier if we had scheduled an earlier appointment. Overall I would (and have) used Rich again. I think he is very pleasant to deal with and a knowledgeable electrician.
