I don't think that the installers actually work for them. I think they contract it out. The best part was that they were very accommodating and they did follow-up. The worst part was that, for some ridiculous reason their paperwork got messed up and they refunded the money I paid to them in the mail in a check. I said to myself, "If they're making this kind of a mistake, the best way to handle is just to keep the check and wait for them to figure out that they refunded the amount of money." They did and they were very glad. I was waiting for them to make the call. I just walked in with the check and and I gave it back to them. They were very apologetic about that. I don't know why that happened. There was some kind of a follow up. They gave me a gift certificate for an amount of money that was not terribly high. But, that I would say, was probably the worst part. The people who delivered it and installed it, installed it correctly, but there was a problem with the leveling. The price was very good. I think I did buy one or two televisions from them after that.
Description of Work: Three years ago I bought a washer and a dryer from Hhgregg. They delivered them, installed them and took away the old ones.
