I really love painting, i could paint all day. i have always been the person family or friends call if they need some painting done because i am always quick to accept task & make sure i don't leave anything not completed & i make sure to not be messy & make the cleanest lines possible. i am always joking saying i have smart brush technology because i cut in very nicely. haha. i always take my time in a slow & steady fashion but seems to have always been most efficient in paint like jobs. i work diligently till i have finished the job completely because i know how stressful those types of projects can be for a homeowner. i try to make it as smooth as possible so taking on a new necessary project is enjoyable & breezy. (:

You shouldn't paint a metal fence. Painting doesn't necessarily damage a corrugated metal fence, but these types of fences are meant to flex, and paint can easily chip and break off. Moisture and rot are the largest threat to wooden fences. Stain can help your wood fence last 15 to 20 years, but only if you choose a stain with waterproofing qualities or add a sealant. Oil-based stains create a thicker moisture barrier than water-based stains, though both are mold and mildew resistant. You’ll generally need to re-stain your fence every one to eight years to get full protection.
You can paint an old wooden fence, but make sure first to do a deep clean (ideally with a pressure washer) and inspect the fence for any existing damage.
