"Clean Cut Painting and Handyman in Decatur completed several projects for us and I could not be more pleased. They refinished our deck, replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and living room ceiling fan. They also patched drywall and painted the walls and ceiling in our garage. The quality of work was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner for all of these jobs. The color of the paint, its opacity, and the depth of the texture on the paper all affect how many coats of paint you need to apply to paintable wallpaper.
