Garbage Collection
While they are regular and I have no problem with the service itself. their billing is deliberately unintelligible, keeps going up (fuel surcharge), and while I had signed up for auto pay their procedures are from the 19th century. Customer service was surly when I attempted to get info regarding their lack of notification. All in all, the service is about a third higher than the new company. Not worth the ever increasing cost.

Garbage Collection
They are awful. No customer service. I hate them, I only stay with them because how troublesome it is to change companies. The city is going to start to regulate garbage pick up more, I hope Veolia disappears.
