it went well. The women were small in stature, but were able to lift things that may have been up to 50 pounds. They took things out of the basement, cleaned and swept, and then put things back in storage areas. They finished earlier than the time I purchased. They did an excellent job.

Two ladies showed up, right on time. Were very sweet and hardworking. Place looked great. Spent 2-3 hours cleaning every nook and cranny. would use them again.

My appointment was scheduled but the owner did not actually schedule the appointment.  I called the morning of the cleaning to confirm, the owner called to say he forgot about the appointment but would be there by 1pm, they didn't show at 1 or 3 and I had to call again but they finally showed up at 6pm. It took them 3-4 hours and they charged an additional $120 plus the $69 I already spent. I kind of felt like the owner got over on me because he knew that I was getting the house ready for another tenant and he believed I would just pay anything. I won't use them again. Unless desperate.

Generally, a good overall job, but small spaces and behind some things like appliances, furnace in laundry room, etc. were missed.

There were three nice women who cleaned for about 3 hours.  I have three bathrooms and it took them more them almost two hours time to do those. Remaining time they did floors.  No time left to do kitchen, bedrooms, or dusting anywhere. I also think that they used the same cleaning rags all day, and I was the last job. I wish I had given them some clean rags.

The cleaning supervisor walked through my place to find out exactly what I wanted cleaned and then explained it to the two women who would be doing the work. What they cleaned was done well however they totally missed key areas. |They left quickly so I did not discover the omissions until they were gone.

Scheduling was very easy and they were very thorough.  Communication with the office was good.  Due to in-person communication  I have since found a different cleaning company to use.

We had difficulty in the beginning making contact to schedule the appointment. Went fairly well.  Providers was about twenty minutes later than agreed time.  The crew of three did a good job.  I was pleased with the overall work. A small container in upstairs bathroom was broken and I was not informed.  When I contacted the owner, we negotiated to provide credit on next visit.   I have my home restrictions due to recent surgery and have not been able to clean my home myself.
I will use them again and have scheduled another visit,
 

I have used them in the past and the price was much lower and the quality much better. I was in awe of the job they did. This time, there were a few things that they missed. They were super fast but I think some of the quality lacked in the speed. They were punctual and overall did an okay job, I was just disappointed in some of the things missed and was just not prepared for the actual price over what was quoted. I was quoted between $85.00 and $150.00.

Cleaned kitchen & bathroom.  Pleasant but didn't speak enough English to understand my requests & directions.  Asked them to clean oven, showed them oven cleaner on top of stove, didn't do.  Used my broom to clean carpet and when I saw this I got carpet sweeper and showed her how to use it.  Had she asked I would have shown her vacuum cleaner, but by then I gave up trying to talk to them.  Didn't seem to know about special deal from Angie's list either.

The owner showed up smelling of alcohol and right away was pushing me for additional services. He left me with 2 people that spoke Mexican. One of them spoke English but the other one didn’t. I tried to direct them and tell them I just wanted them to do the floors and the bathrooms and they kept going off and doing other things to try and add to the time, I imagine. They had a mop that kept shredding and I don’t think they used enough chemical. For $69, it was okay but it was frustrating that I have to keep redirecting them to exactly what I wanted them to do. When they were finished, they left the house and stood outside for a very long time for that guy to come get them, I thought he was very unprofessional. If they had just addressed what I asked them to do, I think they would have done a better job. I used it a couple of days after purchasing the deal. The woman spent a great deal of time in my basement. I asked her to clean the bathroom and to mop the floors down there and she didn’t mop the floors. She cleaned the bathroom but I don’t know what she did fir the rest of her time. I was offended that he reeked of alcohol. They showed up late. They did finish up in an hour and a half, they did get the floors, but it wasn’t that great.

It turned out okay to a point.  I wished they could have done more than one room and living room and they didn't put the living room back together the way I like it at all.  I left them alone to their own devices but they pushed up way up high on the shelf.  I really did have a hard time getting it down and reached to.  I wasn't really satisfied with them as far as it goes.  They're nice people and all that but I wished they had put things together the way they found them and they did not.  They just sort of put them where they thought they wanted to put them and that just did not make me happy at all.  I would not rehire them.  They got out on time.  They did a good job cleaning, just not putting things back where they found them and that's not right.  You should put things back the way you found them and not the way you want them to go.  They really didn't do that much for us as far as it goes.  They spent an hour and a half cleaning the living room.

I bought a deal for cleaning for $69  on Angies List from this company. It was an empty 1500 condo that needed cleaning after I moved out, not really a huge job.  He charged me extra hours and did not inform me that "appliances" were not included in the deal.  They did not clean the oven.  The job was good but I felt pretty ripped off since I had to pay an additional $99.  Not worth $168.

They sent 4 people and where done in 1.5 hours.  They cleaned areas we would normally have to ask other's to do.

Since I don't have anything to compare the experience to I think overall it went well.  We bought 3hrs for $69 through Angie's List.  They came out with 2 women (hour and half each) who did a great job.  They charged us and additional $40 for an extra 2 hours (1hour perworker) worth of work because there was construction dust all around the house.  They were fast  and left the downstairs portion of our home spotless.  They offered to come once a month for a discounted price to clean the whole hose which was nice. I will definitely be in touch with them in the future.

Great attention to detail; including the bathrooms and floors

The option of having one person for 3 hours or 2 people was not given to me.  The ladies were very nice and I believe they had the knowledge to do what I asked.  I had very specific things I wanted to be cleaned.  They did not do them.  I wrote down exactly what I wanted like clean the kitchen cabinets and wipe off the kitchen legs. Neither was done.  I believe there was a communication gap.  I heard Linda the supervisor read off what I wanted but I don't think they understood.
 I appreciated the work they did in the washroom which was wash the upper walls and ceiling.  They did not have a ladder so I told them they could use my mop.  They did a good job but left the mop dirty.
In the kitchen they smeared the grease on the glass window very bad.  I did not ask to have that cleaned. Overall they helped me because I am disabled and can't deal with dirt nor can I stand for long periods of time.  The supervisor could not check on them because she is allergic to cats and I have one.

I really appreciated the ladies working and they did a fair job.  I believe they may have a set of rules that they follow regularly which I appreciated a good cleaning of the bathroom.  I gave them a tip because they worked hard.  They just did not understand that I wanted specific things done.

I would consider using them again if I did not wish to be specific.

No complaints whatsoever.  Team arrived right on time and told me it would take about 3 hours to work through my entire place. 
Place was spotless by the time they were done (they were sure to dust windows/ledges, something most providers neglect to do).  I look forward to using this company exclusively on a monthly basis going forward.

I'm not one to write a negative review for a company, but sadly, my services merit one that's less than stellar...
Considering the other great reviews, I was very disappointed. My appointment was for 8 AM, but when I called at 8:30, they had not yet dispatched a crew. I had to leave and come back, and still had to wait till 9:35. They were very apologetic, I'll give them that. I think they'd forgotten to schedule me at all. But, they made it work. 
However, he tried to tell me that he wasn't sure we could get it all done in 1.5 hours, despite the fact that I had purchased a deal stating it was for 3 hours' worth of home cleaning. I had also specified in my original correspondence with the company that it was for a move-out clean. If they needed more time and money for it, they could have mentioned it then and we could've arranged for it. Nothing was said about that.
They did spend about 2 hours and 15 minutes on the job (he texted me when they were finished) but the clean was not thorough. They didn't dust shelves, window latch ledges, or wipe down kitchen or bathroom walls. As for the walls, there was one room painted in flat paint, where I had asked him to not wipe down in order to not stain. The rest of the apartment was quite obviously semi-gloss and easily wipeable (the kitchen and bathroom, in particular, obviously needed a good clean after 6 years of occupancy.) I spent 20 minutes doing a light wipe-down myself after their services and it was easily spruced up. I was very disappointed that this didn't get done. 
They did do things I specifically asked for though, like wiping out the fridge and freezer. They looked great.
But, seeing as how I had already vacuumed and done some basic dusting myself prior to their arrival, it was not really very clean.
I didn't move more than a mile away, and I won't be using them again.
