I will use them again and have scheduled another visit,
I appreciated the work they did in the washroom which was wash the upper walls and ceiling. They did not have a ladder so I told them they could use my mop. They did a good job but left the mop dirty.
In the kitchen they smeared the grease on the glass window very bad. I did not ask to have that cleaned. Overall they helped me because I am disabled and can't deal with dirt nor can I stand for long periods of time. The supervisor could not check on them because she is allergic to cats and I have one.
I really appreciated the ladies working and they did a fair job. I believe they may have a set of rules that they follow regularly which I appreciated a good cleaning of the bathroom. I gave them a tip because they worked hard. They just did not understand that I wanted specific things done.
I would consider using them again if I did not wish to be specific.
Place was spotless by the time they were done (they were sure to dust windows/ledges, something most providers neglect to do). I look forward to using this company exclusively on a monthly basis going forward.
Considering the other great reviews, I was very disappointed. My appointment was for 8 AM, but when I called at 8:30, they had not yet dispatched a crew. I had to leave and come back, and still had to wait till 9:35. They were very apologetic, I'll give them that. I think they'd forgotten to schedule me at all. But, they made it work.
However, he tried to tell me that he wasn't sure we could get it all done in 1.5 hours, despite the fact that I had purchased a deal stating it was for 3 hours' worth of home cleaning. I had also specified in my original correspondence with the company that it was for a move-out clean. If they needed more time and money for it, they could have mentioned it then and we could've arranged for it. Nothing was said about that.
They did spend about 2 hours and 15 minutes on the job (he texted me when they were finished) but the clean was not thorough. They didn't dust shelves, window latch ledges, or wipe down kitchen or bathroom walls. As for the walls, there was one room painted in flat paint, where I had asked him to not wipe down in order to not stain. The rest of the apartment was quite obviously semi-gloss and easily wipeable (the kitchen and bathroom, in particular, obviously needed a good clean after 6 years of occupancy.) I spent 20 minutes doing a light wipe-down myself after their services and it was easily spruced up. I was very disappointed that this didn't get done.
They did do things I specifically asked for though, like wiping out the fridge and freezer. They looked great.
But, seeing as how I had already vacuumed and done some basic dusting myself prior to their arrival, it was not really very clean.
I didn't move more than a mile away, and I won't be using them again.
"I first want to appologize for being late to this cleaning. I just want to explain one thing,it's very hard to clean a home that the cost for that cleaning is $250.00 and the customer buys a $69.00 coupon to accomplish the samething its impossable. I'm sorry that girls couldn't do a move/out cleaning for $69.00. As you here from our other customers they are very satisfied. We try to make everyone happy but this one we couldn't. My girls are very well trained and they have been with me for 7yrs. We have over 200 customers per month on a monthly contract so my girls are doing something right.
