Service was prompt and fast. Only took about 30-45 minutes.

I've used Suburban Sanitary for the past 6 years, and they always do a great job. From the first phone contact to the service itself, I've never had less than excellent service.

Was referred by our plumber, Thiesse in Forest Park, since Thiesse does not do this kind of work. This is a "mom and pop" type of business, owned by Mike Rossi. He answered my call on the day I put the call in to service and was able to schedule a day to come out and do the work within a short (and acceptable) period of time. (We had no emergency, just in need of routine servicing.) Mike and his son arrived promptly on the appointed date and performed the work as stated professionally and smoothly, with no problems. He offered to put me on a reminder-list for routine service next year and I was happy to accept. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I don't know if the price charged was in the ball-park of "fair", but I'll bet it was. This is my first single family home where I've had to seek out this service on my own, since I've previously just owned a condo.

We had a sewer back-up the day after New Year's, due to heavy rain, and had to find a new sanitary service (after a bad experience with another company). Our neighbor recommended Suburban Sanitary Service. They were prompt in returning our call, and were punctual for the appointment. They cleaned-up after they completed the work, and offered to place us on their automatic yearly reminder to have our line cleaned out. Definitely recommend them.

This company was recommended to me by Thiess Plumbing, who I called first. Thiess stated that it does not pump out catch basins. Sanitary answered the telephone the first time I called, gave me an estimate, told me he would be out sometime the following week and would leave the bill in the mailbox. Sanitary came out the next day and performed the work. The price charged was at the high end of the estimate, but the bill stated the basin was very dirty, which was probably correct.
