The owner, John was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called this organization on 3 separate occassions to schedule a post sewer backup clean up service. Greg was supposed to call me to schedule a time, and i never heard from him. Called today for follow up, a bit of phone tag was played, and the owner told me to answer my phone when the called him back because he wasn't prepared to address my issue. How rude. You cannot demand that i answer my phone, when steps were missed on your end, and I'm a prosepctive client. There were several failures made on their end. End result, i was rudely told, "lady dont call here anymore," and hung up on, after i was returning their call. I would not trust this company to do a full clean up service and they cannot even honor scheduling an appointment. I'll glady spend my money somewhere else, thank you. God bless you.

I had water in my basement after a recent June rain fall. The workman came out and were very nice and professional. Because I had a cap on my insurance coverage, the owners worked with me to lower the cost but still did professional work. This happened during a very busy time because of all the rain we received, yet we still had a lot of personal attention.

The company came to my home for clean up and mold prevention in my basement after a flood in April 2013. They removed wall to wall carpeting from the basement and assessed that the basement walls needed to be ripped out and dehumidified. They also sprayed for mold. After that, they brought in multiple industrial strength fans and dehumidifiers that ran for over a week in the basement to dry it out. Serv-pro submitted a bill to my insurance carrier that was $2000 higher than it should have been, and a line-by -line audit by my insurance carrier found that Serv-pro was charging me for services they did not provide. After debating the charges with my insurance carrier, Servo-pro adjusted the bill to reflect the appropriate amount due. The owner, John Flannery, was very easy to work with, but most of the and quot;personneland quot; he sent to the house seemed unaware of the plan.
