Delivery Service
I called Ronaldo's A Team on a Saturday morning after Big Lots had informed me that the 2 sofas I had ordered had been delivered to them.. Ronaldo said that they could effect delivery that day. They were a little later than originally promised, but I really appreciated the fact that they called me from Big Lots. The store was going to give them a sofa and a love seat, instead of the two sofas I had paid for.
They delivered the sofas late Saturday, ~9:00PM. They set them both up. When they discovered that the screws to attach the legs were missing they found some in their truck that did the job. Thanks!
Their price was good, $90, and significantly lower than the other company that I was referred to by Big Lots.
I down graded them on punctuality, because they were several hours later than originally promised. But, they got the job done, and, again, I really appreciate their call to me to verfify the fact that I had paid for 2 sofas, not the 1 sofa and 1 love seat that Big Lots originally had thought that I ordered. I don't downgrade Big Lots, because Ronaldo did not have my order, so it probably took a bit of searching to get the correct order.
I'm very happy with my 2 new sofas.
