These were a surprise gift from my daughter and the tulips were just left on my door step with NO note in the mailbox or a voice message that they were delivered. By the time I stepped out the front door and saw the flowers they were terribly wilted. I left a message for Quasthoff's and they never responded to even say 'sorry'. Very disappointing, as I'm sure my daughter spent good money to send me the flowers.

Somehow the arrangement did not make it to the receiver who lives in a condo building. When I called the florist, they apologized profusely and couldn't explain how the flowers did not get to my friend. I think that the security guard may have given them to someone else. The florist offered to send a dozen roses as compensation for the mis-delivery. I continually receive compliments for the great arrangements and quality of flowers and service provided by Quasthoff's. Even when they have an occasional error, they go beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. What makes that even more special is that the customer service folks are the ones who are empowered to do so. Not just the management. I'd recommend Quasthoff's to anyone.
