We dropped the car off . Parking was made available and despite the recent heavy snows the lot was plowed and cleared.
We were met by a very nice and friendly receptionist. We were promptly seen by the receptionist. She offered us coffee.
All our info and concerns regarding the car were typed up in a very thorough manner.
Frank, the owner and mechanic, called us later that day. He told me that we did NOT need a couple things done on the car yet that originally I thought we might of needed done. Things I had mentioned regarding the car. This mechanic was honest when he could of ran our bill up. That meant a lot to me.
Frank relayed that we needed the front brakes which we suspected and was the reason we brought the car in. He also did the oil change.
We got our car back later that day. The brakes are working great, the car interior was left nice and clean.
We expected a big price tag but were pleasantly surprised.
