MANNY CONSTRUCTION

The project took forever (several months!) and Manny pulled out before the job was even finished. There were some legitimate project delays while waiting for shipment of supplies, but our main complaints with this company are:
1. Lack of punctuality: frequent no show, or staff would show up late in the day, work for a few hours then no show again for days on end.
2.  Poor work. Actually had to tear down some masonry that took four guys who clearly didn't know what they were doing half a day to build and have a different mason start again. Concrete pour was crooked and unlevel resulting in extra expense to fix and accommodate.
Overall poor project management and unqualified staff. Frustratingly slow pace and poor work. Don't use this company.
