He did an excellent job.  He was on time and very fast.  He cleaned out the downspouts and took all the gunk with him and left me with clean flowing gutters.  He did the whole job unsupervised and he did a great job.

I still use them and they are great. It is about $5 per window. They are nice and easy to work with.

Very happy with M and M - Company was very responsive with getting me a quote and then scheduling service. The crew arrived as scheduled, was polite and did a great job on the windows. I had previously used a different company for my windows and am so glad I didn't use them again - M and M did a much better job.

Mand M are great. We've used them twice, and we'll surely use them again. They clean the windows inside and out, and do a terrific job on the screens. It is astonishing what a difference it makes, and we are so impressed when they are done. Also, they show up on time and work very efficiently.

I left a message and received a call back that evening. An estimate was prepared within a few days with the job scheduled within a few weeks. Given that this service is so weather dependent, the good phone contact is a great help. One job I needed on a Saturday so tenants would be available to let them inside for the "4th" side. It ended up being a rainy day and Mel called me to let me know the weather predictions and to set up for another day. The actual window washers show up on time with the right supplies and get to work immediately. It would be worth doing all 4 sides more often.

Mike came out the same day as my call and left an estimate. Crew arrived promptly on scheduled day and did a great job. They made a few changes at my request with no problem. There was little disruption inside the house for interior cleaning. We have old combination windows which are difficult to move. They delt with this without complaint.

I got a very prompt call back and a quick estimate. The window cleaning job was scheduled quickly. The two cleaners were very kind and even removed their shoes in the house. They did a great job, and finished my entire house in an hour. For some reason the window casings were cleaned upstairs but not downstairs. I didn't realize this until the next day. This is a very minor issue and was no big deal to me. The price to service ratio was outstanding.

They have always arrived punctually. On their most recent visit, they called in the morning to confirm, and to give an approximate time of arrival. They came within the time frame. There were several workers. They were all very polite, took their shoes off and got right to work. They were done in about an hour and a 1/2.

M and M Window Cleaning Inc did a very thorough job and they were professional and neat. The work was all done under three hours. Three guys came and they were all very nice got to work in a business like manner. I'm totally happy with their work.

They showed up with a quote when they said they would, then showed up for the job after we agreed to the price. They were clean and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

They rescheduled per our request on short notice. The young man was on time, polite, and completely cleaned up after the job.

Mel, the owner, kept in contact with me regarding schedule. He called me the morning of the scheduled work to tell me when the workers would arrive. They were polite, professional, quick, and kept the worksite very clean. The windows look very good and I will arrange for them to return at several-month intervals.

I CALLED MEL, WHO WAS IN THE AREA AT THE TIME, SO HE STOPPED BY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A HALF HOUR. WHEN WE DECIDED TO HIRE HIM, HE TOLD US THAT THE WORK WOULD BE DONE AFTER THE REST OF THE LEAVES HAD FALLEN. VERY SHORTLY AFTER THE TREES WERE BARE, WE CAME HOME TO FIND THE INVOICE IN THE DOOR. THE GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS WERE CLEAN, AND THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB OF PICKING UP THE LEAVES. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND WILL CALL MEL AGAIN.

MEL, THE OWNER, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY DID AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF MY CALL, SCHEDULED SHORTLY AFTER I OK'D THE ESTIMATE, AND RESCHEDULED IN ADVANCE WHEN IT LOOKED LIKE THE WEATHER WOULDN'T COOPERATE. THERE WAS A 4 MAN CREW. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND CLEANED THE GUTTERS ON THE WORK DAY.
