Terrible! I waited 5 months for them to cut a black piece of marble for a very small antique table. I finally was told it was ready for pick it. They were on the high side price wise but so close to our design studio that it was worth the cost. When I got there, they couldn't find it and when they did, they had not only damaged the antique but the marble top was awful! It had white smear marks and scratches all over it and it was so badly honed that you couldn't tell it was even marble or black for that matter. I told them that with the length of time it took and then to see the poor quality that I wasn't interested in pursuing anything further with them and that I wanted to take my antique table and leave the marble top and find another company. The brother of the owner immediately blocked the exit and wouldn't let me take the antique because he argued that the table might not belong to me. He was the one that helped me unload initially and it was the only piece of furniture in the whole shop. He then told me to get out and not come back, and he actually raised his fist like he was going to punch me. I immediately called the police and with 911 on the phone, he let me take the table without the stone. It was quite traumatizing actually. I am in the design business and have never experienced anything like this before and as a result I wouldn't never recommend them. They were terrible and the brother an out right misogynist.

Good email communication. Stopped by their place and picked my stone. Easy and flexible scheduling with a quick install. Great price. Will use again.

Hector ripped my countertops and put a hole in my wall drywall that he did not repair. He also removed a plumbing from under my sink. He gave me a new faucet however he failed to hook any plumbing up. Hector failed to explained that I would need a plumber and new parts to reconnect my faucet and sink. I feel if my plumbing was originally in place prior to him un hooking it he should have hooked it back up.

Initial meeting for estimate was great.  Hector took the time to speak with us, took measurements and placed order.  That's where the good news ends!
Fast forward a couple of weeks to installation day.  Hector and his team were in a big hurry to get the counters installed.  The workmanship was poor and the granite quality was poor.  The counters have chips in multiple areas and there are big gaps between the counter and the walls.  Hector is insisting that my kitchen walls are the problem....but it's a new house!  There is nothing wrong with my walls.
I was not home during the installastion.  My husband was home & he was extremely frustrated with Hector and his team.  He tried multiple times to address his concerns but each time he received excuses for why things were the way they were......
After inspecting the countertops further my husband and I found quite a few chips and other defects, we immediately called Hector but he said he was busy and would not be able to come and look at the counters till Friday or maybe Saturday.  The counters were installed today (Tuesday).   Seriously?  I'm paying him for counters and now I have to wait several more days for him to come and fix his mess?  Don't think so. 
I tried calling Hector again only to have him hang up the phone.  Not a good experiance so far.  Customer service is definitely not at top of mind. 
At this point the best thing Hector can do is pick up his granite counters.  I will hire a different company.
Buyer beware.....the price is good but the quality and customer service is poor!!!!
