Overall rude and unfriendly service from the get go. Called them up first with part number in hand, was dealt rudely by person on the other end. Very short and abrupt and seemed annoyed that I would be calling about this. Would not take any information over the phone, told me I had to come into the store personally to get the part ordered. Went to the store, nobody else in the store except 2 people ahead of me, calmly waited 10 minutes before my turn. When it was my turn, gave the sales tech the part #, unit #, serial # to get part ordered. Then, I assumed to be the manager at the next register over, says to me "we're too busy with our customers, you will have to leave the information with us. I told him " that's what I'm doing and am I not a customer who should expect a little more courteous and professional communication." His response: "if you don't have an account with us, you are not a priority. We deal primarily with contractors." There are no signs that says contractors only, there are shelves where one can buy air conditioner filters and individual parts, and there are 2 registers that have VISA/Mastercard/American Express logos. So it looks like they are an open place of business. Who knows what type of courteous or professional communications they conduct with contractors. But if you are an individual, I would not recommend them based on their lack of professionalism to the individual customer. experience.
