JOE'S HANDYMAN CENTRAL

At first Joe came out with one of his workers they did the job over the Christmas/New Year time.  We were initially impressed that they came out in the cold but they did complete the job in a timely manner and we even gave them a cash bonus.  However, once the siding started bowing and buckling we attempted to contact Joe.  He did come out and  claimed that the product was defective. We inturn contacted the manufacturer and they came out to inspect the shed and indicated that Joe had improperly installed the siding and that is why is is buckling and bowing.  We have called Joe telephone numerious times and I have emailed him, sent certified mail and even went by the address on his business card, no luck.  He is aware that the problem we are having is due to his installation and from his actions does not seem to care.  I could not recommend him to do anything since he does not seem to stand behind his work.
