It was a outsized door so they built it right here for me. I feel like it was a good price for what they had to do. They were replacing an old wooden door. I went into the store and they set me up right there. They came when they were supposed to. It was a good situation. They knew exactly what they were doing. I would go back to Home Depot if the need arises.

I thought that it went well. The gentleman who helped me is very knowledgeable and a lot of times with my appointment. I was there to follow how they work so quickly when they do the product which was very nice and patient, and I appreciated that. However, it is the price. I just really think I could do better elsewhere that is why I am waiting because they charge for everything added to their services. When it comes to pricing of cabinets basically what I was told, it pretty much hence upon that they were styled that you choose. I choose for what I needed the basic cabinet and style. For me, with my situation as my electrical and everything is important, my wall is new. So, I just need cabinets installed. For me, that number was extremely high for a very small kitchen that I have. They were custom cabinets. The consultant was very knowledgeable and patient. They followed up and everything. So, I appreciated that. They were diligent and cheaper.

I stayed home three days waiting for a delivery and still do not have my washer and dryer.  I also spent 7 phone calls (20-30 minutes each) trying to straighten out the problems.  When I asked the delivery person for her name, she hung up on me.  Today, the dispatcher told me she was delivering Tuesday, even though I can't be here Tuesday and asked for Monday, and hung up.

Home Depot committed to deliver Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.  I still do not have a washer or dryer and have a house full of overnight guests and no way to do their laundry.  Missing three days of work is difficult as well.

I needed to replace and old washer and dryer and found a good deal at Home Depot.   The sales person was helpful and assisted me in selecting a model that would work best for me.   He arranged delivery and installation at the time of the purchase.  On the scheduled delivery date the installer arrived on time and completed the installation in about 30 minutes which included making some adjustments to my gasline for the dryer.   I would have no problems using them again in the future.

When we called the store to report the problem that we had, the manager was out, and when we called the area manager to discuss the problem, they had no interest. Generally, their service is poor and I would not recommend that anyone purchase any appliances from this store. The delivery fraud problem is a separate issue, but buyer beware. If you want decent applicances at a reasonable price, ABT still seems the best bet. Too bad the Home Depot and Lowes are putting the little guy out of business.

I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE SUB CONTRACTORS, BUT HOME DEPOT REFUSED TO DOUBLE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS, AND AS A RESULT IT COMPROMISED THE DESIGN OF THE KITCHEN AND IT HAS TAKEN ME MONTHS AND MONTHS JUST TO GET A SMALL PART OF THAT FIXED. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT FOLLOW UP AND THEY REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT, SO YOU HAVE NO LEVERAGE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.
