Our experience with them has been outstanding.  I have been with them two years now. It was just a full service arrangement.  It has all kinds of equipment for any type of exercise program you are in including therapy programs.  The staff was knowledgeable at certain things but they are not therapist.  They are good.  I went to the hospital for physical therapy and I have been using them as a way of supplementing what I get in my therapy.  While I was doing therapy, physical fitness center was a great place to go when I don’t go the physical therapy itself.  It has a full program center; they have pools, all kinds of gymnasium services, and different rooms with equipment in it.

I am still using the facility now. I was able to rehabilitate my injuries and continue to use the services, take tai chi classes, use the track, use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room various machines. continually upgrading equipment.

Gottlieb Health & Fitness Center is connected to a hospital and there are a lot of old people who go there. They are also connected to my insurance provider. They have a whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, warm water arthritis pool and a track. They don?t have as many latest types of equipments as the other fitness centers. It is well used and you don?t always get what you want. The people over there are very friendly and nice. It?s really hard to go across states to find the best fitness center. I feel that it is the best fitness center compared to the other ones that I have tried out over here. I will continue to go there as well.

Found that classes were offered on basically only two levels: very strenuous and not strenuous at all. Strength training equipment was up-to-date, but the people running the areas were too busy or at least seemed unwilling to help.
