They were very responsive.  They came out in one day and did an excellent job.  It looks awesome.  Their price was very competitive.  I had gotten four estimates.  They were a lot cheaper than several others.

estimator came out and gave a very fair price on the job. Installers showed up late and didnt bother to ring doorbell. I was home and didnt know they were here until i heard a bunch of hammering. 
Did a decent roofing job over all  but clean up was another thing. Lots of debris left in gutters and in yard. Im still picking up roofing nails and bits of old roofing  almost 9 months later. they also marked up my brand new trailer in the driveway from what looked like roofing material..
The owner did give me some money off the final bill but I will look elsewhere for the siding job I need done on my house. 
Also got a call a a couple weeks after i paid the bill asking why i hadnt paid my bill yet. 

They matched two different colors of gutters perfectly in the front of the house; not so well in ther back. Never called back for shutters so I had to go with another contraqctor to get shutters installed.

I had used them earlier for windows. The estimate for the door was $1800. They were very professional. They were also very clean. Their estimate was higher than the company that I actually used. I will use them again in the future.

This company was very professional, punctual and fast. They worked with my schedule and accomplished the job in three hours. Clean up was pretty good and they worked around another work crew without any problems.

I couldn't be more pleased. When I called, I actually spoke to someone as opposed to having to leave a message. The person informed me that an estimator would contact me within a day to arrange for a time to come out. I was contacted by the estimator the same day, and they were out the next day. I met with them, and they went over what I should consider replacing, and what I should not replace. They were very thorough. The price I received was $200 less than the other two estimates I had received for the same work. They told me about when they would start the work. They contacted me a couple of days before they were set to begin to ensure that the date would be o.k. When the work was supposed to start, we had rain. They were proactive in contacting me to re-schedule. They started on the re-scheduled date. The work took part of two days -- it was slightly delayed because of more bad weather. The quality of the work seems to be very good, and the crew left absolutely no mess. They did exactly as promised. I couldn't be happier with the work.

The first crew had some personal issues and had to be replaced with a new crew, but the second crew (6 guys) showed up and literally completed the entire work in 2 days. So initially I was a little frustrated with the progress because I had another job lined up after the siding, but in the end they came through and completed everything as promised. One of the reason I gave them A/B ratings is becasue they listen to customer complain and they resolv issues in a very professional manner. Aslo the sales process is low pressure and very professional.

When we contacted the company they were very responsive and came quickly to look at the house and give us an estimate. The gentleman was pleasant and helpful, talked through the work to be performed and suggested colors that might go with the house. When we accepted the estimate they told us the work would be done within a week or two, depending on their other jobs. Workers showed up at our home (unannounced) within a week, at the end of the day. Although I was home at the time, they did not knock on the door or announce themselves in any way - just climbed up on the roof and started banging, scaring me half to death. (I was with my newborn so was not able to talk with them before they left in about a half an hour.) In the course of doing the installation they removed rake boards from the home, without telling us that they would need to do so. I would expect that if some part of the customer's home is to be removed, this would be discussed first. They did not install the downspouts as discussed in our estimate (they routed them to the side, over the driveway, instead of toward the front and back). We had to call them back to fix the incorrect routing. They did come and fix the problem quickly. We then received a complaint from our neighbor the following day. Our neighbor showed up at our door with a handful of screws (exactly matching the color of our gutters) left on their driveway, and a bill for the 5 tires that were punctured on 3 different cars. When we called Classic back to discuss this we were assured that they would pay our neighbors for the cost. Overall I was very disappointed. This was far too many problems with a small and simple job.

They did a great job. They came out and did everything within a day. They took off the old gutters and installed the new ones. They also took the old gutters away for us.

They did a great job! They cleaned everything up afterward and we were very satisfied with them. Because of the delay with the chimney repair that was unexpected, and the extensive double tear off, it took about 5 days. Everything was done right in the end.

It went very well. They work great. They are very good.

It was good because the sales lady kept her appointment. I had to be out of town the day they installed them, but they said there would be no problem with that. They did a good job and I am satisfied.

Everything went very well. Service is top notch and quality is very good. They forgot to caulk one window, but I took care of this... everything else was top notch.

I met Jerry at a local home improvement show. He took my name and followed up with a call severals week slater. He came out and inspected the very leaky gutter even getting up on the roof in the middle of February. He took the time to explain that the existing gutters were built into the fascia/soffit system and not commonly used in this area. He explained several repair options and provided a written estimate for each. They did not require a down payment. They came out on a Friday and removed the old gutter and installed the fascia board, fascia and soffit. They cleaned up and indicated that another crew would be out to install the new gutter and downspout. It took another week for that team to arrive. They completed the work cleaned up and were gone without ever knocking on the door. The only thing they could have done better was to let me know when the work would be done in advance of the workers arriving at the house.
