Two months after we bought our new townhouse, the air conditioner stopped working. It had passed the home inspection we had done before we moved in, but apparently it was on its last leg. We called up Jason at CJR Heating & Air, and he promptly came out to assess the problem. Based on the age of the air conditioner and the age of the furnace, he gave us various options (recharge the a/c and see, replace just the a/c, replace everything). We decided to just make the long-term investment and replaced the air conditioner and furnace. Jason and his work partner spent two days pulling all the old stuff out, hauling it away, and installing the new appliances for a cost that was $1500 less than his competitors. The work-space was spotless when he was finished, and everything has worked fantastically well since then.

They did an excellent job. Jason showed up within hours of my first call, assessed the job and called me back within the hour with a quote. His price was very reasonable and he impressed me as a hard working, energetic young man. He and his crew showed up on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and even corrected some screw ups of a prior HV/AC contractor with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
