Called Chris about 8/03, he came out on 8/05/09. He looked at each room and told me what had to be done. One room had a closet removed and made into a wall library. The flooring underneath was unstained from 54 years ago. I had 2 water spots from an unattended scrubber, he was not sure if he could get them out and maybe would have to replace some of the boards. One bedroom had a large water spot and a very loud squeek. The hallway had a small water damage. The hallway closet had stick on tiles removed and was stained from the glue. The good news no boards had to be replaced, the sanding took care of the unstained areas, water damaged and the linen closet was acceptable. The crew came out on a Tuesday and did all the sanding in one day, they were prompt and on time. The 3 guys returned on the next day and did the first staining, on Thursday they returned and redid spots were too thick from over lapping, sanded, vacum and did the 2nd staining. I had a wedding to attend on Friday and they agreed to return on Sat. morning. Same routine, applied 3rd staining. Was out by 11:30 a.m.

He was prompt and did a very nice, professional job. I also asked him to sand and varnish my kitchen cabinets. He said he would do it and he gave me a price, but said it would ruin my cabinets and suggested we just paint them. He saved us a lot of money by being honest. I was very happy with his work and would recommend him. A nice thing he did was financing. I gave him a check when he started the work and a post dated check for next month. That helped me out financially. I would definitely hire him again.

They were very nice and professional. They did a great job and even got an old stain out.
